Worst Printer Ever! Terrible Photo Quality, Constantly Jammed – Worst printer I have ever owned. Scanner quality is abysmal - photos come out grainy and colours are dull. Printer quality is poor. I have been completely unable to get it to work reliably wirelessly so I just plug it in (I would have to reinstall software and reconnect the printer every single time I wanted to use it on 3 separate computers). I spend many hours howling in frustration at this printer as it simply WILL NOT print on decent quality paper (telling me its the wrong paper size before chewing up a perfectly good blank page). Jams constantly - I have wasted reams of paper in this awful machine as it jams constantly despite regular cleaning etc.

It also has an annoying repetitive beeping which now sends me apoplectic with rage when I hear it.

Printer ink lasts all of 2 seconds before you are paying another $120 for a full set.

Really horrible machine - do not buy and if you get given one as a gift I suggest you get new friends....

Terrible – Not worth the money and has actually put me off buying another Brother printer. I had a hp office jet for years and it was great, only had this for a few months and it makes me want to rip my hair out. Really not a good choice for a small business. Maybe ok for someone who likes to print black and white and only a few pages. Looks stylish Everything else, scanning one page at a time, paper always gets caught, colour is really dull and dark, photo paper always get caught, paper gets pushed out onto floor when printing large amounts. Uses ink too quickly.
