Excellent – I must admit, I do not use the fax function on this machine, but this is not because there is anything wrong with it. I just need to get a telephone jack in the computer room or run an extension; neither of which I have done yet. It takes ten pages in the ADF; prints; scans; copies; can be used as a phone, fax and answering machine; and has a screen so that you can preview photos, etc. before you print. The screen also displays the time and ink levels. Takes LC57 cartidges. Almost everything having to get to the back of it to remove paper jams, but this is the same with most printers. Defaulkts to "fax" rather than copy"
