Brother MFC-9420CN

Terrible – I wouldnt recommend to my worst aquaintance. This is has been a constant frustration since the day of arrival. Paper caught in the fuser unit is almost impossible to remove. Now it is only good for printed anythiing that requires reasonable image quality is impossible to do. It leaves large blotch areas on the surface and black lines on the back. This machine has been junk from the minute it was removed from the box and set up. I thought Brother built a quality product. This is either the acception or a dramatic change in stradegy by the company.
