Great experience – simple, easy to use for a first time bullion investor! would recommend to anybody else looking to start investing, website is set up extremely well and isn't too complicated :)

easy and consistent – I have used Bullionmark for at least 30 transactions, and found them to be straight-forward and accessible. Their website is easy to use, and their communication is sound. I would recommend them.

Bullionmark credit suisse bar weight inaccurate. Beware – I had recently purchased a bullionmark suisse credit minted bar from the bullionmark Brisbane city store and have found the bar to weigh a few mg less than what the certification states when I went to resell. room can affect the weight of a 10 toz bar that should weigh 311g (but actually weighs 310.94g). Thankfully I am quite educated in the area of physical measurements and I know that gaseous measurements are affected by temperature/pressure not solid atoms with bonded structures to this degree. I was also asked to get a weight equivalent bar but not what I purchased as according to this staff "that is all I need." People need to be aware of this unreliable certificates and reconsider weighing the gold that they have purchased from bullionmark as believing a certificate is not always reliable from my experience.

Excellent experience every time – I have purchased Gold and Silver bars from BullionMark many times over the past 18 months. Not only are their prices the best available but they run an extremely professional operation. Good range of product, brilliant website, Best pricing, high security, convenient location, knowledgeable and friendly staff. What more could you want?... I wont shop for bullion anywhere else. cheers

Terrible – I bought gold from here and once the money is paid I guess bulliionMark's job is done. They don't care what happens once the money is received into their accounts. Slow delivery, no delivery , bad product quality all are your problems now.

Dishonest and incompetent – In February 2013, I ordered some silver bullion (coins) from Bullionmark in Brisbane. They refused to deliver to a P.O. Box like other bullion companies but assured me that nothing would be left at the house if no-one was home. before I returned home. Bullionmark refused to take responsibility because it was "star track express' " fault. Star Track blame Bulliomark for not giving instructions to "Not Leave" the goods at the house.

The delivery driver signed on my behalf as having taken delivery (fraud) and therefore I am not covered by insurance once the delivery was made even though I didn't sign for the delivery myself.

Both the managing director of bullionmark and star Track Express are blaming each other and I am left out of pocket.

Avoid either company at all costs, they will do the wrong thing by you and then run away from their responsibilities.

I have been robbed

Excelent site, – This is a good company to deal with, it has the best web site around.They have an address and phone, where there are people who are polite and helpfull. Easy to order from, fairly good range of products.Excelent web page. Slow delivery,( could be banks or frieght responsible ) though.
