Cons: We could never get the machine to not take over answering even if we picked up the phone before the 4th ring. We ended up unplugging it and never pulled it out again.Took it out today to loan mum as her phone on her fax wasn't working and the couple of faxes that came through we can't retrieve.
Overall: We bought this fax because we have always owned Canon multifunction printers. Canon make good printers but not good faxes. Eventually the rollers wouldn't take the page in anymore and recovering faxes in memory appears impossible. Now looking online for a manual and that seems impossible too!
Overall: The machine promises answering machine and fax together in the one machine but the fax is unreliable. This is the second machine and it has the same problem. It doesn't receive faxes and so I've not bothered to set up the answer machine.
