horrible machine – far too complicated menu- not intuitive or user friendly basically just a cheap nasty machine that not much thought or effort was put into. I use it only for black and white copying when my printer is out of ink! All in all a complete waste of money and time nothing everytning I have stated above and then some !!

Terrible – We bought this fax because we have always owned Canon multifunction printers. Canon make good printers but not good faxes. Eventually the rollers wouldn't take the page in anymore and recovering faxes in memory appears impossible. Now looking online for a manual and that seems impossible too! After using it, nothing much. We could never get the machine to not take over answering even if we picked up the phone before the 4th ring. We ended up unplugging it and never pulled it out again.Took it out today to loan mum as her phone on her fax wasn't working and the couple of faxes that came through we can't retrieve.
