Pros: I recommend this videocam with those enthusiast trying to make home or outdoor clips. The videos you'll be producing does have a good quality, despite being an average camera in the eyes. You'll get up to 1,280 x 960 pixel resolutions for each still shots, plus 320 x 240 pixel resolutions made with videos. The creative thing I've done with this videocam so far is its' night vision-like mode that has pretty interesting results.
Cons: Take note that for still shots, the take's around 1.23 megapixels only.
Overall: Great deal for a camera using most of the available storage cards out there. You could use both SD, MMC, or MiniDV primarily.
