OK – It's not a bad hydration pack for the price you pay. It is relatively cheap and the quality isn't too bad. Next tie I'd pay a bit more and get a camelbak. It has a big bladder which can be easily removed so it can be stored in the fridge or freezer prior to use. There are lots of pockets to put lots of little knick knacks in. The valve you get when it comes straight of the shelf will need replacing straight away, so that will add another 15-20 dollars to the purchase price. My bladder leaked (not mine really) and it needed to be replaced after 3 months.
