Rubbish – Very flimsy construction, one of the attachments broke on first use, very shortly thereafter it stopped working altogether. Returned it to Kogan over a month ago, but still waiting on a credit. A real hassle to return as it is such a large item. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of rubbish.

Does its job, but not perfect – I purchased this from kogan when it was on sale. Used only once. Was alright but not like commercial ones with vacuum cleaner as well. Takes around 8 minutes to get water to heat up and need to top-up water after 15 minutes of use. I got it cheap but not pay full price to buy it.

Quality Issues with Certa Steam Cleaner – Received it on the Friday afternoon, after first use I already had to duct tape the pipe extension to the handle after it shot out when part of the holding clip broke off by Friday evening. The small brush bristles already collapsed after a hours usage. Its steam delivery is also not constant, it works sort off. What is clear it's a cheap Kogan product that is just not as good as the $119 you pay for it, will not pay more than $50 for it, it is plain rubbish. Better off to buy a Karcher or Monster product and pay the extra for a product you know will work.

Flimsy, dangerous terrible – I bought this steam cleaner kit from Kogan. At first it seemed OK. Then after a couple of uses it started to fall apart. One wheel fell off. The trigger handle started to leak steam which burned my hand. The wand wouldn't stay together. The connections between the various parts were not solid. I wanted to return it to Kogan but it was all too hard so I threw it in the bin. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Fantastic machine – I purchased this online through Kogans. We have moved in to a rental property and the grout in the tiles was disgusting. This fantastic machine has bought all the years of grime out with ease. it comes with a case of attachments, so I have cleaned the floors, the gas cooktop, every nook and cranny I can get the machine into, it's cleaned!!! It was the best $99 I have ever spent!!!
