Overall: I gave up trying to clean this with the straps attached, so took off the cover, put the straps underneath it, my baby luckly never tried to stand up, so the tray itself held her inplace without the straps. Food gets trapped under the cover, and god forbid your toilet training an an accident occurs, you will then need to pull the entire seat apart to clean under the cover, only to find week old food hidden in cracks. Its really hard to maintain, even as a neat freak like me. id suggest a $20 high chair from ikea.. easy
Pros: Nice looking chair, comfortable for baby. Reclining backrest is great for first food or just putting baby up at the table with you instead of having them on the floor somewhere else. Heaps of height adjustments.
Cons: Very bulky chair, takes up heaps of room. The tray height is way to high and not really at the right height until after 2 years old, just when you are about to move them out of it. Heaps of deep crevices where food gets trapped, cleaning is always a big job, also has a plastic join around the tray that purees get into and is difficult to get out without a toothbrush. Seat plastic splits very easily and quickly (usually within the first few months).
Overall: Does the job but not in the easiest way, I had a more simple highchair at the grandparents and although it had none of the bells and whistles of this one was certainly much easier to clean which is really important on something that gets covered in food at least 3 times a day.
Pros: Adjustable height, seat can recline, sturdy and safe 5 point harness
Cons: Wheels lock occasionally by themselves
Overall: This is a great highchair and I would highly recommend it to everybody. I always feel confident that my daughter is safe and secure after I put the 5 point harness on her (she's only 8 months right now), and the adjustable height ability has been very useful, as I use it in different rooms in the house and need to adjust the height from time to time. Its great being able to take off the tray also. For extra security I also recline the seat and find it very easy to feed her in this position. She is happy sitting in it.
Pros: you can recline it for when baby is younger, or sit it upright. removable tray to push closer to table
Cons: too many gaps where food falls into and if you sometimes dont find the food, well its not a very pleasent clean up
Overall: Ive had this one from birth to now 9months.. i loved the convenience at the beginning of having baby with me reclined, while i gave her bottle or talked to her while i cooked. Now that shes eating, food gets trapped and its gross to clean up.. a simple cheap high chair like the ikea $30 one is a lot easier to keep clean
Pros: Adjustable height, removable tray, easy to clean, recling seat, great size.
Cons: Wheels sometimes lock on their own
Overall: This highchair has lasted me nine years and three children! It is strong and sturdy and still looks great. My three year old who is nearly 20kg still loves to sit in every day to eat, i just remove the tray and push it in to the table. Because the seat reclines i was able ti put my babies in from 4 months old. I could not be happier with this highchair! It is the best quality baby product i have ever purchased!
Mealtime will be a breeze with the Chicco Mamma highchair. Starting with a sturdy steel frame, it has loads of features to make mealtime a breeze. The three-position reclining seat is equipped with a five-point safety harness and adjusts to six different heights. Casters allow you to move the seat easily, and the two rear wheels lock in place for additional stability. When you're not using the chair, simply press the child-safe button on each side to store it in a space-saving upright position.
