Solid phone, never failed – We've used these phones for the office and home for many years. Easy to support and set up (if you know what you're doing) but you definitely pay a hefty price premium since it's a Cisco product. Call quality is excellent, screen is average but readable, the LED on handset is very useful if muted.

Excellent – This product is perfect. The only bad point is the price, which from experience, is well worth paying because the alternatives are inferior. Why buy anything else. Infallable. This unit is great, works perfectly every time. It is easy to configure, and is infinietly configurable. call qaulity is excellent, relaibility is superb. There is nothing about this unit that is in any way cheap, unreliable or dodgy. Cisco / LinkSys are what they are... leaders in their field. If you have the money, buy this product becuase it is able to do whatever you need. pricey, but worth it if this is what you are looking for.
