Coronis Bribie Island is unprofessional. I asked them for the ABN box inside the property, waited for a week, asked again, they said it was fine. At the date of moving I am finding out it is not fine. They told me to use the ABN box of the other unit, other unit owners werent really happy about it. Now I am waiting for they response on the installment of the proper ABN box, and it seems to me it is not going to be done anywhere soon. Show details

to verify and reject as some were already attended to. Vague or no response to emails and complaints. And this is the team leader!! Also raised with Regional Director [Name Removed] who addressed initially but no follow through and also ignored emails. What hope is there when management thinks such customer service is acceptable? You would think that they will work a bit harder since they manage our portfolio of 5 properties!

Then they palmed us off to Coronis Gold Coast office promising it is better for us. It is a problem when the lead senior property manager lacks attention to details and has attitude problems. Our nightmares became worse as the handover was very poorly done. They set up a direct debit for a previous tenant and since then did not rectify the rent ledger properly. Our new property management company received rent ledger that was MANUALLY CHANGED! They also sent tradies when issue was already rectified and then charged us for the call out. Gave us wrong advise regarding pest control where it should have been tenant's responsibility. Replies to emails for only ones she chooses to address and ignores others. No apologies for any of these when raised. Absolutely the worst property manager in my past 20+ years experience as investor in 3 states!

Useless managing agent – A property managed by coronis Springfield in qld, backs onto mine, the rear boundary fence divides our properties. I have finally had enough and contacted coronis Springfield approx 2-3 months ago. I have never been able to speak to or been called back by the managing agent themselves.

Weeks pass, I follow up, receptionist says they’ll call, they never do. I continually have to call. Then they say, their waiting on quotes to remove it.

Weeks pass, I follow up again, they say they’ve chosen a contractor, it’s getting done, once again weeks pass and still nothing.

The weed is destroying the fence, it’s killing my plants, it’s covering the neighboring properties walls and it’s travelled along the fence into the opposing neighbour too, although I’m the only one that cares as I own my home, everyone else rents and don’t give a damn.

heard from them and tenants left many weeks ago. They also never reminded me to send water bills to them so I paid all the tenants water. They don't care.

Coronis - her name is Ambika. She is not at all interested and told me to email her and she might get to it in a couple of weeks. Only when I reached out to the owner did I receive any comms about this from Coronis - and it was a generic "we are following this in line with residential tenancies act". No phone call, no seeking to understand. This may just be the worst real estate agent in Australia.

damaged while the tenant were still leaving there but she did not follow up. The new aircond remote was not working, the garage door remote was missing, the fence and the gate hinges need to be fixed, lots of other thing need to be rectified but now the tenant has gone and Jess Cleveland disappeared. I don't know what to do, I'm really disappointed with Jess /Coronis. And I don't know anything about the bond whether has been claimed or not.

of wine and congratulations card, the other called i couldnt anseer ag the time i called back, didnt answer, never geard from them. anything I asked about they palmed it off and I ended up just going through my conveyancer for everything. Would not use them to sell. I paid for the house definitely not their service but they won't get an opportunity to provide me with their service for a sale of a property

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t communicate with tenants, are extremely rude, and issue entry notices without any prior discussion. Terrible service. Highly difficult to contact and unresponsive. We used to be under a different company that they took over. Daniel Temos under Coronis took over. He sent an email notifying us of a request from the tenant. We asked for a clarification and he never responded. We had to ask him for another query, and he never responded or acknowledged it until we had to call the head office to complain. Do not go with them. Show details

Agent Britt Anderson extremely poor communication!!! She turned over the property with LOTS of repairs issues!!!! The property smells bad and dirty and did not do the proper inspection prior the tenant moving in. The Tenant was forced to pay the invoices due to her poor communication. If the exit inspection completed prior the Tenant moving in it will prevent the Tenant to pay for the repairs. Extremely disappointing!! Show details

I have never experienced such a rental nightmare as the one with Coronis A family member had rented through them on a unit for over 10 years and had to leave due to I'll health and that's where the nightmare started we found out that 10 years ago when they were paid the bond it was never lodged with RTA which should have been done in 10 days… Read more

there response was that my family member was supposed to do this themselves this I have never heard of happing before 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond was paid like any normal agreement Then in 2024 when the lease was up for renewal the forgot to issue a new one and 2 months latter the dis this but dated from the new starting date and not when the other lease had expired so they are saying for 2 months no lease was in place then they wanted payment for the extra for the extra 2 months rent for leaving early which was not the case as the lease for 10 years ended in April and my family member had to go into high care dementia care which anyway is a reason to break a lease if needed To treat my family member like this is disgusting the main thing I am shocked is that the bond was never placed with the RTA which by law is to be done in 10 days after payment and saying that they should have paid this themselves is crazy but if and I say if this was correct why did they not follow this up to see it was paid something very strange here this is one agent to avoid for rentals

an exit report just for money. I have never had a bad exit report because I take pride in making sure everything is perfect when I close the doors. I have read everything on the RTA website and spoken several times to tenants QLD and in my 30 years of renting, I have never come across a real estate that puts that much stress on people and think this is alright. As if the stress of cleaning the property and moving isn't bad enough then you get all these invoices which are outrages and know they false. Then you realise you are being made a fool, as they already know how much money they want from you. So if they start off with an invoice with all these outrageous allegations on it and then the tenant isnt happy you look good by saying you can reduce this to make the tenant think you are doing the right thing by them. The RTA will think you are doing the right thing trying to come up with a resolution for everyone. I have spoken to famiky and friends and a few other people. I would even give Coronis 1 star and it doesn't matter if we are blacklisted, we would never go through Coronis for anything. I believe that our family and friends will think twice before they look at Coronis for rentals or sales.

A set and forget investment – I have had my property managed with Coronis Woolloongabba since 2018. The property has been kept great - always well presented and clean. I found it impossible to get a reply, follow up or simple procedures correctly done with Patricia, Jesinta and Jess; and I had to actually get certain problems and paper work resolved myself! Because of this severe lack of reply (or no replies within 6 months), disregard for my property as it was left with a hole in the wall I have terminated my contract with coronis and will be seeking a different real estate agent in the future. Based on my horrible experience with these staff members I would highly recommend to seek other agencies

A nightmare dealing with Coronis Gold Coast. Maintenance issues were not attended to promptly and professionally to the extent that we have had to attend to it ourselves as the tenants were so unhappy. Invoices were wrongly billed to our account. Even keys and remotes also went missing. Regulatory processes were improperly administered to the extent our insurance claims remain outstanding for months as the property manager was unable to furnish even the most basic supporting documents such as entry reports and photos to substantial the claims. Promises after promises made were not fulfilled.

STAY AWAY & DO NOT DEAL with Coronis Gold Coast - they are just so unprofessional and utterly incompetent beyond comprehension!!! The worst property management agency vis-a-vis other agencies we've dealt with previously.

things fixed and nothing got done about it. Not to mention the place was filthy dirty when we moved in. Blinds missing, holes in walls, missing keys, garage wouldn't lock/ had no remote and the list goes on. All caused by a previous tenant. At the end we didn't get our bond back as we were expected to fix the previous tenants damages to the property. All in all such a bad experience and would not recommend this real estate to anyone. If I could rate no stars I would.
