Craft Online

Ordered from this company through Amazon. Advertised product was a 2 pack but they only sent one. They would not send me a second item as they said Amazon advertised incorrectly. Offered a refund but that's not what I wanted or purchased. Very unhappy with the response.

I would just like to acknowledge the great service I have received. On receiving a problem item and having that item reviewed my money has been returned promptly. I would have no hesitation in buying anything again from Craft Online. Very rarely do you see this with buying online, which makes you vary. Definitely not with this site. Extremely good service. Service and postage good, but poor product. Acrylic yarn, while soft, bears no resemblance to the colour ordered and after knitting it can be seen as very patchy colour. After a lot of work knittingbinto a jumper, I will need to use an acrylic dye to try and fix.

I've placed 4 orders now with CraftOnline and found them to be exceptionally prompt in fulfilling and dispatching. In fact I received my orders within 24hrs of placing them... now that's service! My chiaogoo, 5 inch, interchangeable knitting needle set was delivered quickly and safely. Also, lots of email updates were sent to say that they were on their way. I was hesitant to buy from this site, due to several negative reviews of them and due to the item being suspiciously cheaper than on other websites, but the needles are perfect and genuine. I will definitely buy from CraftOnline again.

Great online experiences – Prompt service, well packaged deliveries. Great selection of yarns available. Good prices and love their regular specials. A great online store. Visiting the premises is a disappointment if you are looking to view yarns in real life as there is a very limited selection on display.

Scammers – This online store are scammers. Item falsely advertised. Received a fake copy of the original item I thought I paid for. I don’t recommend them and definitely don’t trust them.

Beware inconsistent dye lots of yarn – Customer service was fine - however in the small print it says that they might not be able to provide the same dye lot for the whole order sadly this has affected the look of my jumper. I should not have purchased on line.

Poor customer service – I ordered online. Order was delivered in a timely manner, yet and item was missing. I sent multiple emails I've rmultiple days with no reply. They hide their phone number pretty well, but I found it and called them. They then sent out the missing item. Customer service is my number 1 focus and not replying to emails is a deal breaker for me. 2 stars only because the goods were as described

About 20 orders later and still perfection plus! – I have just received another parcel, everything is correct as always. Arrived in 1 day and kept up to date from go to here with Aramex. Thank you, much appreciated.

My favourite craft website to get yarn – I order my yarn from them for my small business and they ship it out very fast and are super quick to reply to my emails! Plus they have a huge stock of yarns to choose from! Definitely recommend!

Prompt delivery and service – Ordered my first product with them received a confirmation email straight away and tracked my order quick delivery received it in two days packaged up really well too. I’m always cautious ordering on line will order with them again.

Four hassle-free online orders – I’m happy to recommend Craft Online. I’ve made & received four online orders - website easy to navigate, lots of choice - all orders were promptly delivered & well-packaged :) When some items were out of stock, they e-mailed me and asked if I wanted to substitute those items or get a refund. Very friendly communication. Ta!!

Go elsewhere if you can – I've had a few orders come without incident. But then I put it an order and instead of telling me one of the items I wanted was out of stock they just issued a partial refund and sent the rest. Although they were happy for me to return the rest of the items and offered a full refund, I probably won't shop through them again unless I'm absolutely desperate for a particular product. There are lots of independent craft retailers online that give much better, personalized service. I would have happily substituted the out of stock item for something else. Much better would be if the website was updated to reflect out of stock items.

Not that great a customer service! – Emailed them about an issue with one of the products I purchased from them. 3 days on still haven't heard back. Had a feeling with this company. I had spent$150 this order. Will steer clear next time.

Great Service – Great business. Fast postage. Gave me a $20 refund after a price drop a day after I purchased a product. Product arrived timely and with no issues. Highly recommended. AAA+++

No issues – I was a bit hesitant to buy from craft online after reading some negative reviews. However my order came promptly, everything was there. I am really happy and would order from them again as their prices are very competitive.

No order confirmation, no reply, no product, no nothing – I bought $80+ worth of crafting materials for my business 3 weeks ago and they haven’t sent me a confirmation that they’ve shipped my order. I’ve emailed them already but no response either, not even an auto-reply. The deals are too good to be true. I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna get the stuff that I ordered. Would not recommend.

Very quick at taking your money very bad at delivering orders – Made a big order for yarn and there was $50 dollars of yarn missing. Tried to contact them on many occasions via email and phone and received no response from either. refunded. Ended up speaking to a lovely lady in another department who tried to get our refund back and couldn't understand why but the Boss said "No". I told the lady I would have no choice but to go to my bank for a recharge on the missing yarn and she told me sadly she didn't understand why her boss would not refund for the missing yarn but his response was, "Go for the recharge". So I did. I purchased a huge amount of craft products from this company but they will never get another cent from me. Worst customer service ever.

Is Anybody There?? Ads for Poppy Crafts A5 Cutting Machine INCORRECT!!! – Their web site advertises Poppy Crafts A5 Cutting Machine as being the same cutting size as the Sizzix Big Shot. This is NOT correct and a trap for anyone new to these machines. I purchased one for a friend and the cutting size and cutting plates are nowhere near as big as my Big Shot. I wrote and told them but I notice nobody has paid any attention. Their web site information for this machine stays the same.

They stock a huge range of craft supplies at reasonable prices with great weekly sales and free delivery over $50 which is great. Their customer service is great,I have had emails answered promptly regarding products and delivery never takes longer than a week. They stock a huge variety of paper,all Cricut accessories, craft machine and basically anything else craft related you can think of. I buy all my adhesives from Craftonline too. Would definitely recommend to all scrapbookers.

The place I love to shop! – I absolutely love Craftonline, I shop there often they have such a vast selection of all things art and craft... It's my little heaven. The service is fantastic, the delivery is always fast they don't muck about which is ideal as I am like a little kid waiting with anxiousness for the goodies to arrive! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for craft, cricut, art supplies its a crafters wonderland! I am addicted!

Fab Products/Great Prices/Fast Delivery – I am so happy and impressed with Craft Online. I ordered quite a variety of specific craft papers, stamps and blenders and received them all within a week!! Take money and run – no contact or return emails from item purchased almost a month ago. I will not shop again from this website. I feel scammed. This site is too good to be true.

Very Poor Customer Service – The reason fo one star? Can’t give a zero rating. I emailed over 4 weeks ago and did not receive a reply. I emailed again 2 weeks ago, no reply. Over the last week I have rang several times during opening hours, every time there is a recorded message stating they are not answering the phone, and to ring back during opening hours. There is no option to leave a voicemail message.

OUT OF POCKET $50 – Purchased a Silhouette Curio machine. Delivery Time was good. BUT parts were missing for the curio machine and it looked as if was used. Sent it back, post was $50.00. Got a refund after more than a week . They never refunded the postage fee back to them even though it was all their fault for the mistake. OUT OF POCKET $50

Terrible customer service – Will never order from them again!!!! been waiting over 3 weeks for my item have contacted them multiple times as I haven’t heard anything from them since I payed for my item. Appalling Customer Service – I ordered a few items from craft online, the delivery was fairly quick considering but the quality of the items I received was poor. Poor customer service – Great when people are buying and good in that department, but the customer service once you have an issue is appalling, they are rude and unhelpful, its not about the customer.

Customer service questionable – I can't fault the delivery time, but I recently purchased a Silhouette machine, which was clearly faulty. When I phoned Craftonline, they told me I had to take it up with the company in the US and that they didn't have a telephone number! Wow that's helpful. Please don't buy a Silhouette machine - this is the second one I've owned and they are both hopeless.

Slow shipping – Very slow shipping for $10 to Aus capital city. Amazon Australia much faster if they stock the same. Otherwise I'd use Amazon US for the reliability of shipping in the future for about the same cost.
