Pros: Great looks, nice size and weight, easy to use - drag and drop without having to use any software (unlike some apple company)
Cons: Battery life needs to be extended.
Overall: I love this player, where its listening to mp3's, the radio or watching movies or tv on the screen, it just keeps impressing me. Comes with the ability to expand the memory with a mini SD card slot and also have a voice recording fuction. The only downside is that it can take a while to converte the movies to the appropriate format for the player. I bought an arm band to match which sits snuggly and doesn't drop of my arm. Once again Love it.

Pros: Size, weight, easy to set-up and use (drag and drop files from windows explorer is great feature)
Cons: Supplied earphones already partially broken on right side, needs recharging after ~ 7 hours.
Overall: I am not an IT expert and usually need my husband's help with any new computer or computer accessory, so I was expecting to have to get DH to help me get my new MP3 player up and working. Imagine my delight, then, when I installed the software, copied my music across and got it working without needing any assistance! The screen is bright and clear, music is organised well and easy to access, radio has good reception (though it took a while for me to figure out how to get my stations onto it). My favourite feature is the ability to choose 'all tracks' (tracks arranged alphabetically) and listen to them in order - I prefer this to 'random' as I don't risk hearing the same track twice. I got the 8GB player, and so far have filled 6GB with almost 1000 songs. The only downside I've discovered with the player itself is the playtime - the makers claim it can run for up to 30 hrs - I assume that's when you actually don't do anything with the player! I usually get about 7 hours out of it - and that's with screen brightness reduced to 10%. The earphones supplied are also a disappointment - I think the right earphone wire has cracked near the plug as it often requires twiddling to send the sound through. But the player itself is fabulous! Highly recommend it!

Pros: FM radio, calander, clock, email contacts list, photos, a huge 16GB storage, expandiable memory, you can have any music format stored on it even ituens files, bright screen, light, compact, great sound when teamed with bose in ear headphone.
Overall: I had an apple ipod before i got my ZEN and now i have never looked back since. My ipod just started stuffing up only 2 days out of warranty and apple refused to fix it so i just left my ipod at the apple store and walked next door and got a ZEN. I cound not belive how great it is until i started exploring it and found everything that it could do. I can do all the same as an ipod but it has an FM radio in it and it is way cheaper and has a much bigger screen. Please before you by an ipod concider buying the ZEN first it is so much better.

Overall: This unit Rocks. I am very impressed with the ease of use and the brilliant quality of the screen. The battery life is also excellent and I need only charge it once a week. There is a great feature in the unit for music, allowing you to DJ. This clever feature chooses songs you may have in your library and have not listened to in a while. The software that comes with the unit is also very user friendly, however I mainly use Windows Media Player 11. The quality of photo viewing is also amazing, allowing you r=to add via PC numerous folders to place those photos of your own and name the folder what you wish. I have had a number of Mp3 Players, and this is right up there with the Samsung T10 I gave to my mum when I got this one. I must say having a bigger screen is much better for watching movies on. Even though the buttons are a bit clicky, i have had to give this unit the full marks of 5/5.

Pros: easy + simple transfer
basically has all the features you want (except for bluetooth)

Pros: SD memory expansion slot. Small size
Cons: limited battery life.
Overall: This thing does have its good qualities. First, the sound is superb, comparable to iPod. Second, it has memory expansion plot that allows me to store more files. Third, the 2.5 coulored screen is just as vibrant as can be. That's screen is not big enough to enjoy video clips, it's totally tolerable to watch a whole movie on from this thing during long wiating hours. Aside form listening to good music, I do enjoy seeing my photos. The only stickler would be the battery life. I guess i'll just have to recharging more often.
