Pros: The audio quality is great and the user interface is good as well. The build quality of the player is also very good. The screen size is adequate and the batteries can be replaced which is good since they only last a certain amount of time.
Cons: Nothing really.
Overall: Overall the Creative Zen Micro is an MP3 player which has exceptional sound quality and has a good user interface. There are a few more buttons than an ipod but anyone will get used to them in a couple of hours. This is one MP3 player which I think is a great buy!

Pros: Easy to load, easy to use. I love that it remembers which song I was up to from the last time I was using it. Great sound quality. Not too small. I like that the touch buttons and screen are easy to use and read. The Creative units also have replaceable batteries.
Cons: When I first loaded it I couldn't find my songs for a while. I had to go into the menu display options and select 'Artist'. Then my songs appeared. Seemed a bit strange to me that you can't find them with the default settings.
Overall: I love it. I bought mine at Dick Smith for only $149! For the huge storage that is fantastic. Also, being Dick Smith I was able to extend the warranty for only $34.95. I now have a 3 year replacement warranty.
