Overall: I read somewhere that Frank Sinatra wore this. What I didn't read (although I imagine) is that Ava Gardener chose it for him. A Classic this of wood / sandlewood with some bergamot. Creed has so many scenes that I have found echoed in other 'brands'. The Irish Family founded this company in Paris in the 18th Century and it's still worth checking out some of their other classics. Not cheap but well made. I think many go here to be inspired. In the same family as this is Nikolai's 'New York'.
Bois Du Portugal is a masterfully crafted dry woods fragrance. It announces its presence with a bang - a powerful force of sharp lavender, bergamot and dry cedar results in a tingling spicy woody accord which instantly draws you in.
