D-Link Boxee Box

Great ! – I've had my Boxee for a couple of years now so I'm pretty familiar with it. It's easy to use, has a good remote control and is almost silent when it's running. It has an optical out, two USB ports and wireless capability. I currently have four hard drives connected via a USB hub. The interface is very slick and displays thumbnails of all your movie collection, which it downloads from IMDB. The only two problems I've had are if you have a large movie collection it slows down the interface a little, which has no effect when actually watching a movie. Also, sometimes when it scrapes the move info from IMDB it either selects the wrong movie or doesn't select one at all, so make sure the name and year are formatted correctly. I'm that pleased with the Boxee I bought another one which is still in the wrapper - they don't make these anymore. Overall, it's great.

Very happy – Good interface, easy to use remote, has iPhone remote app also. Plays any file. Was a little bit involved getting connected to the computer but could have just been me!! Connects to wifi easy but have mine wired for better speed. Connects to YouTube, Vimeo and several others. Can play iPhone to the tv easily too Value, interface, easy to use Adding new files to computer don't show up straight away on boxee, requires restart for me
