Piece of rubbish – Somebody gave me this machine to repair. Water tank empty message. Fixed that. Next, steam boiler blew up, warming up error message. Fixed that. Third problem. Brew unit missing error. Fixed that. Fourth error, fault in the water system. I have had just about a gut full of this. Fix one error, get another one and another one and another one.

"Fault on Water System" in the first month. Serviced 5 times under warranty. Still "Fault on Water S – This coffee machine is integrated into our kitchen. We have hardly used it. Only get used when we have visitors, for the price we paid it is not worth it for anyone who likes to buy a high-end coffee machine keep away from this bad service after warranty. When you google this coffee machine it seems to be a common problem "Fault on Water System"

Leaks like a Sieve! – I have had the 700X coffee machine for 2.5 years. In that time I have had 5 (!) replacement machines with them all eventually suffering from "Fault on Water System" - which means a leak in the internal water system of the machine. They all seem to last 3 months then it starts...And the leaks are from different places. It is the most frustrating machine and its value is really as a boat anchor. Other than that, the machine is great - good coffee, great froth and easy access to water container and bean container from the front. If only it would work for longer than 4 months before a service call is needed - resulting in a replacement machine being sent, then bliss for a while, then back on the fault repair path!!! Easy to use, good coffee and froth - when it works! Excellent warranty - but needed!! Keeps getting "Fault on Water System" - meaning it leaks water in the body of the machine. Expensive anchor!
