Excellent – I have been very impressed by this toaster- it is easy to use- dial up the browning setting and the defrost button works well. It toasts evenly and is quiet. I love it. Great looking toaster- very good quality and cooks toast to perfection unlike many others. Also very quiet popup which doesn't scare the cat. haven't found anything to dislike- apart from fact that it very big! Show reply

Worst toaster we ever purchased – stopped working after about 3 months. Complete wate of money, no people in area to fix it Delonghi dont want a bar of it and wont support their product. will never purchase anything from this company again. No no no no no no no way will i ever buy from them again..... did not look to bad. Terrible warranty

Terrible – Can't believe something could be so badly designed and actually dangerous if you want to pick it up during or after use. You'll burn yourself on the case! No wonder they use heat resistant cable and don't have a base cord minder! Toasted unevenly too looks good, discounted to $30.00 Dangerous; metal casing gets burning hot, setting dial hard to read, no cord minder in base, stop button middle of three. toasted unevenly. Warming stand has to be fitted each time.

Super cute retro design but still modern at the same time, meaning it fits perfectly in a modern kitchen. The brushed look metal on the outside is a dream to clean, infact it's nearly impossible to get it dirty in the first place. Not like the never ending fingermarks you get on stainless steel. Never had a problem with this toaster in the nearly 2years we've owned it. We use it all the time! Absolutely nothing.

Excellent – I have had the double toaster for approx 5 years without one single problem. hot cross buns! would recommend this product wholeheartedly! a worthwhile investment. warming racks, looks great, toasts perfectly, easy to clean, dial setting accurate and easy to use. cancel button is a great feature.

Excellent – Great toaster with matt finish that doesn't show marks. Really useful functions with reheat and defrost. The dial for browning is really neat and easy to set as well. Besides looking great, this toaster works fabulously. I love the dial for toasting strength. The defrost and reheat function are also really useful. Haven't used the racks yet as the four burner is perfect for more than one person.
