Looks great - but does not clean at all – This is my second Delonghi dishwasher and it washes as dreadfully as the 1st unit. I bought it for appearance reasons to match other items in the kitchen. I have a Bosch unit in another property and its exceptional.

Doesn't clean doesn't dry – It looks like a dishwasher and sounds like one but when you open it at the end of the cycle the dishes are still dirty but just wet. Will not buy delonghi again. Very disappointed will spend more money and get something worthwhile that does the job it's supposed to do.

Good quality cabinet, poor cleaning performance, very noisy limited life span – Part of the kitchen equipment included with a Grandview Homes house build. The stainless steel door appears to be better quality material than current mid priced Bosch stainless steel dishwasher doors .(floppy panels ) Dishwashing is another story. Apart from being very noisy, dishes are not cleaned well, we never clean pans, just day to day plates, cups mugs and cutlery. Its now 4 years old and the pump/heater has failed, unable to source parts. In this age of environmentalism manufacturers should be legislated to produce goods that have a 10 year life span, they used to do it voluntarily, I had mid priced Bosch washing machines, and dishwashers last 10 years, still have a Bosch tumble dryer 15 yrs old, and an upright Bosch freezer 20 years old. Public need to wake up and vote with their feet, if you buy cheap quality deprived products thats what you end up with.

Fabulous dishwasher and can't understand the reviews its had – Have to say after reading the reviews on this dishwasher (after having purchased on impulse) I was nearly hyperventilating to the point of nearly cancelling the order as I was so influenced by the reviews I had read. amongst other top brands. You can't tell its running and I have my table in the kitchen so if it was noisy it would interrupt conversations. It cleans all my dishes and I never rinse them prior to putting them in. Glasses (including waterford crystal) come out beautifully and never any cloudy residue etc that I have had in other dishwashers. All in all, I am very very pleased with the dishwasher and not just because it looks sleek and stylish in my kitchen but it works well and is super quiet! Medium pricerange, super quiet operating, has a quick wash, washes well, looks sleek, hidden buttons from kids.

Can't get parts to fix the dishwasher – Motor and heat pump failed after 2 years and 2 months. After 16 weeks waiting for a repair, Delonghi advise parts are not available. We now have to buy a new dishwasher. The cutley basket also rusted after one year. Cleans well, control panel hidden from view in top of door Motor and heat pump failed.

OK – Seems to be a good washer. havent had it for too long so dont know how reliable it is yet. Looks good.Kids cant press buttons as you need to open the door to press the buttons. Bottom rack very good. Fits heaps of plates. Quieter and fits more than old fisher and Paykel we had. Relatively cheap. Works well. Top rack not designed too well.

Terrible – Just wish I could go back to any of my old dishwaher and swear that I'd never consider buying Delonghi dishwasher !! Appearance 3 months and 13 days and still couldn't fix a single leak !! what a dishwasher !! and worst of all, now i CAN'T USE THE MACHINE and still need to continue playing this waiting game, now for the whole door replaced !!

Bad – Unit looks really nice, but the number of breakdowns has jaded my experience of owning a Delonghi product, when the warranty runs out and the unit has another problem, it will be replaced with another brand. failed. Now we are waiting for the extended warranty to approve a new washer motor and led screen. it is only a little over 3 years old and has been nothing but trouble.

Doesn't Wash dishes well – Unfortunatley I bought the dishwasher on 'looks', and because I thought delonghi was a good brand: the problems started after a year with rust marks on door that I could NOT remove. Design: control panel on inner door; great kid safe design. Rusty marks appeared and cannot remove...dirty dishes even though we rinse our plates and cutlery before washing!

OK – Could put up with the top rack but the noise is driving me nuts. Think I need to see if mine is faulty however or if they are all like this looks good. like that the controls are hidden mine is very noisy- not sure if they all are. Top rack a bit fiddly to load.
