Pros: Everything
Cons: Little loud but I think that is normal for a machine like this
Overall: I have had my machine for 4 months and absolutely love it - really simple to use and does everything you need in a coffee machine! It can use whole beans or ground beans one touch buttons for pretty much everything a real breeze to use. Would highly recommend this machine to people.

Overall: This machine is great. You can set it to auto warm up every morning at the same time hence never waiting to brew your coffee.

Pros: Controls are easy to understand, comes with a great DVD that saves you having to read the manual, automatically rinses and other cleaning functions only need to be undertaken every so often, makes great milk froth
Cons: would have liked to be able to buy it in silver (not white), can't froth a large jug of milk, only small. It's fairly large.
Overall: I was really nervous about choosing a coffee machine, and considered this to be a good 'middle of the road' choice, pricewise at least. It makes fabulous coffee - I've been nothing but really impressed. It seriously rivals what my favourite coffee shop produces. It is a little noisy, but nothing too extreme or unexpected. You can use ground coffee or beans, and predictably the coffee made with fresh beans is the best. Take note that the manual says that upon setting it up it will take several cups of coffee before it consistently starts making a good brew, and this is true. I only need to empty the grounds container and drip tray once or twice a week, and other cleaning funtions are needed much less frequently than that. This is one of the few mid-range automatic models it seems where you can froth your own milk, which I think is great. Makes great babyccinos for the kids!

Pros: Easy to use, easy to clean, great looking machine.
Cons: Noisier than I expected, but this is the first machine I have ever used so I have nothing to compare it to.
Overall: This is the first coffee machine I have ever used and so far it is wonderful. It is easy to use, easy to clean and makes a delicious coffee with so little effort. It also looks lovely as I have an all white kitchen and it blends beautifully with the decor.

We have had our machine for a year now with no problems at all . It came with a 12mth warranty and I can't fault it.
