Terrible – Not reliable = it sttopped working within a year. Filling through spout difficult, removing lid for filling is even more difficult as it is a very tight fit. Sylish It's not working - and less than a year old Difficult to fill

Terrible – It did not last long considering we paid $149 and we have been quite disappointed with this product, would not recommend it to anyone. Looks Great It was quite noisy when in use and did not seem to boil water as hot as expected. The Silver switch was very flimsy and eventually fell off after three years.
