Barely used and now leaking! – It is good machine when it works, ( no wonder my husband refused to use it, he has his own Italian machine for his ' real ground coffee'!) However, after just over 2 years ( I am the only one who uses it in my family) it is now leaking! I rang Nespresso today and they told me to pay $75 to get it fixed or they have offered me a second option to… Read more

buy a new one at 40% off? I wonder why would I want to buy ANOTHER NESPRESSO machine When the one I have had now barely used and is already LEAKED water out of the water container????? Obviously it shows Nespresso machine is not built to last and conveniently broken down just after 2 years warranty? I am not sure what to do, should I throw the machine away and forget about the Nespresso coffee for good?! ( well I have 2 weeks to decide before Nespresso GENREOUS offer is expired! I do not feel Nespresso company are helping their customers/ consumers in resolving their issues by ' suggesting' me to buy new machine after 2 years, is it meant I will have to buy another new one after every 2 years since their Nespresso machines are not reliable and lasting???? I am not happy with their solutions and stuck with neither of the options that I am HAPPY with!

Pretty good – Makes a great cup of coffee with great crema, looks stylish and takes up very little room in our small kitchen. It does have some minor problems but the quality of the coffee it produces surpasses all the imitators and the build quality seems much more robust so we're very satisfied with it. We had a problem where it failed to pour the entire… Read more

shot through a couple of capsules but Nespresso provided us with a complimentary pack to make up for it and reminded us that we still had over a year left on the warranty in case it happened again so their service felt pretty good in that respect.

The big negative is that the first shot when it's powered up each time is nowhere near hot enough. I find that I need to run two long shots with no capsule to warm it up before pouring a shot with the capsule and by the time you do two long warm up shots then make two coffees the water level is running a bit low. Pours a great shot of coffee, Compact size, Looks great, Feels robust First shot after powering up isn't hot enough, Tank capacity is small

Small, stylish and great tasting coffee! – I always enjoyed having cafe style quality coffee but without the hassle of grinding beans and frothing milk as I have nerver owned or operated a coffee machine before. I didn't want to spend a fortune on one or spend so much time making it plus I didn't have much bench space in my small kitchen. I bought one for my husband as a birthday gift… Read more ·  1

and it is the gift that keeps on giving! I absolutely love the included aerocino frother that makes perfectly frothed milk for a cappucino or just change the attachment to make a flat white. It's so easy to use that my 5 year old daughter can make me coffee and froth the milk herself at the touch of a button.

The kids love having babycinos and warm frothy milo's in the morning, and often fight over who gets to press the button.

We liked it so much that when there was a Delonghi Factory Sale, we bought 2 more as gifts for $220 each.So now I can enjoy cafe quality coffee everytime I visit my mum.

I've had the machine for 18 months now and still works well but just a little noisier when operating compared to mum's one which is 4 months old.

Nespresso flavour coffees taste great and have a fairly big range, but can only buy online or from their speciality boutiques. Woolworths sell Piazza Doro Coffee capsules specially made for Nespresso which is convenient and tastes reasonably ok compared to Nespresso but a whole lot better than instant Nescafe Cafe Menu satchels or instant. Compact and sytlish, easy to use and comes with frother. Can't put your own choice of coffee. Can only froth milk for one cup of coffee at a time.

Super Easy, consistent performer! – I wanted a quick and easy coffee experience at home and bought this machine after a Taste Test in-store at a Good Guys. I purchased this machine as the frother was independent of the main unit and had been advised by friends that frothers could sometimes fail - but mine hasn't missed a beat! Both the main pod unit and frother are very compact… Read more

which is great in a small kitchen like mine. I have tried many pods but pretty much stick to Nespresso Capriccio as my go to pod. Coffee taste from this machine is incredibly consistent and the process is so easy, i'd be hard pressed to ever want to move to a larger, manual machine.

Good quality for a limited time – Very easy to use, good range of coffee flavours, neat and tidy little machine . I found the milk burns easily in the bottom of the frother though which is hard to clean afterwards . Seems to have lost the pressure it originally used to run the water through each capsule.  Show details

Coffee Machine – I bought the machine awhile back and it is ok I would not go ape over it but as said it is ok. I like a coffee in the morning and the price of the pods are not worth it in my opinion. Most times I just make my coffee the old fashioned way.  Show details

Standing the test of time – Purchased the Nespresso Pixie in 2015, it was the first appliance I purchased for my new property and it was a great decision. The machine has not had any issues and continuously produces beautiful coffees. The machine is also very user friendly, it has 3 buttons only! However, the accompanying aeroccino milk frother could be improved. The milk… Read more

frother often overflows even when the milk poured is well below the max line. I’ve found that you can prevent this from occurring if you simply do not use the milk frother lid at all. Otherwise, the appliance is great.

Better still, customer service at my local Nespresso is awesome. Staff are so helpful and happily provide samples to ensure that I purchase capsules knowing that when I take them home, I know what I’m in for as I’ve already samples it in store.

Definitely worth the money – I've been using my trusty old Pixie for over 7 years now and whilst the milk frother is on it's way out (red light keeps flashing) it has done some solid service. I remember thinking it was a bit pricey when I bought it, but to be fair it has been worth every cent, especially if you grab the cheaper pods! I drink latte's and with a Nespresso… Read more

Love this small, compact and easy to use machine – Absolutely love our delonghi machine. It's a great, small size, and basic/easy to use. I know its possibly at the bottom of the scale when it comes to delonghi machines, but it does the job, everyone can work it easily enough, and last but not least, it's survived 6-7 years now without a hitch!. Amazing. We are so happy with it.  Show details

Functional and practical – Bought this for 3 years now, it’s small & practical bcos I have a small bench to put this on in the kitchen which doesn’t take up a lot of space. Also I’m glad that it’s lasted this long as it was good value. Only issue I had was that the machine could no longer puncture the coffee capsules but this was easily fixed by cleaning the machine parts which was part of wear & tear from long term use.  Show details

Great little cofee maker – I like this more the longer I have it. When I got it for christmas I was a bit underwhelmed (was not a pod coffee fan) but little by little it has won me over and I see its place in the scheme of things. It's just so fast to make a coffee and tastes a lot better than instant so I use it for an intermediate fix. Really quick and clean to use.  Show details

Great coffee, easy to use – Love the flavour it gives to each coffee, very compact and easy to use. To clean it’s quite easy, definitely rescale it yearly as it makes a big difference to the coffee quality. Aerocino can be hard to clean and the pixie can sometimes leak water if overfilled. Good little machine – I found this to be a good little machine. The coffee tastes pretty good although it tends to need milk as it doesn't taste that great just black. The frothing device that you can purchase with it is also good although you have to be careful as milk can stick to the bottom of it as it warms and it can be difficult to clean off.  Show details

Stylish Coffee Maker – Bought one after our previous Nespresso machine gave up on us and have loved using it. Good product for the price, tasty coffee – This machine is extremely simple to operate, and the coffee produced is to a high standard. Although not the best coffee capsule machine on the market, for the price point at which this is available, it is unbeatable. Pretty good now there are more pod options – This one has a good compact form factor so it does look obtrusive on the counter. Great machine – Can't be without a Nespresso. We had a challenge with out existing machine (4 years old) and were given this machine as a gift while we worked out what to do with our other machine. Original and Functional – We got the original pixie machine as a house warming gift, which worked well but started to leak even though maintained, so Nespresso replaced the machine later last year. It still leaks now and then but doesn't alter the coffee taste:) so we didn't do anything further about it, and keep using. We are aware there are new and updated models, but find the standard Pixie does the job and is a good value for money .  Show details
