Not That Happy with removal service – They failed to arrive at the appointed time and showed up two hours late. I booked them at an hourly rate, and although there weren't many items, they worked slowly to maximize their pay. Additionally, they made inappropriate comments about my English language, which had nothing to do with their job. Their attitude was poor, and I do not recommend them. Unsatisfactory, Unprofessional and unreliable – Failed to arrive at appointed time.of 8 am . I chased up after 30 mins to be told will be late, Will get there between 10 and 1130. into it. Was almost ready to forgive and forget as bad experience until they charged me $128 more than the quote because he claimed the quote was for a week day and the work was a weekend even thoogh i had booked and got quote for a Saturday. Dont go near them .

Very reliable, value for money – Was very impressed with them, they were quick, efficient, friendly and took care of my belongings and charged very good rates. Thanks Dene and mate for taking care of my move :)

Deneo's is disappointing – [name removed] came to our house, saw what he had to move and gave us a fixed quote for the move. On the moving day from the minute he arrived he was aggressive and arrogant. He did not fit our goods into his trucks and blamed us. As a result he had to make another trip. Once again he did not arrive on time and when he delivered the goods he through them down in a heap. I would not recommend his services.

Excellent job – Moved from Cremorne to Blue Mountains, completely filled their van! They both worked really hard for 10 hours - 5 hours to load the van, 3 hours to unload, 2 hours travelling, with just a short break at Macdonalds for tea - very professional, perfect job, including 2 pianos. They even phoned to apologise for being 5 minutes late. One of the cheapest quotes we got as well.
