Need help – I can't find the 4 digit code to connect a universal remote
You get what you pay for – I purchased this TV on the 25 May 2016 for $370 more of less with extended warranty. 10 Watt speakers are horrible. Max volume is low volume. The color ratio is supposed to be 5000:1 but It does not look it. It is indeed 4K and looks quite good. However after 1 month the On/Off button the the TV stops working. And after 3 months a wired Windy noise starts coming from the left side of the Unit.
The TV blows 24/7/365 at volume 0 or at volume 100.
Dick Smith help team just says "It is normal for LED TV to make some noise."
If this noise gets any louder I'll fix it myself, with or without the warranty.

Cheap with acceptable quality – I want to have a good and cheaper to fit in my room. 41.5" is prefect size for my room. the picture quality is good. we pre-ordered online with kogan and it came actually months after. all in a sudden the model is discontinued. it is hard to keep up the pace with new technology. but i am happy it will last another 5 year for use to enjoy watching Tv. light-weight with good operating system.

sad outcome – In march I purchased an led lcd video 40cm combination tv for my dad to watch in his nursing home.. I had just bought a larger one forthem but he got put in a home and it was too large for there. Within 3 months it lost its picture. I couldnt find the recieipt so I put it out on the kerbside cleanup. It went and I found the reciept shortly after. I cant afford another one and cant photograph it or provide the serial number. This has been hard. I have been a good honest customer. Im devastated. My poor dad. ..he has lost sight in one eye its very sad.
LCD TV Review – The unit is ideal for my den. It small but adequate for the small area available. I am very happy with the value for money as the features of picture quality and sound is perfect for my needs. Since it is capable of receiving all the new digital channels, it is the ideal companion in my den when I'm not watching the larger TV in the Family Room. small and ideally suited to the available space.
