You get what you pay for! – I was frustrated with these headphones originally. When i was listening, the headphones would lose reception after a few minutes and require a channel change to find it again. It was frustrating because the sound quality is great, they headphones are comfortable, the range is fantastic and the price is right. I really wanted these headphones to work. I discovered the problem occurs when the volume of the source unit is too low - and subsequently now use them at a higher volume (through foxtel with the television on mute). So far no further problems. If you are having a similar problem, try increasing the volume on the source unit, not sure of the technical reasons, but it works for me. Sound quality, inexpensive, easy to use. Loss of reception at low source unit volumes.
