Need to wash dishes before putting them in – Hopeless. Dishes/cutlery etc. left dirty. Need to rinse everything beforehand. Basket wheels keep getting stuck and they also come out of metal grooves. Trying to replace them - impossible to get them off. Found it in the house when I bought it. It is also very noisy. Would not recommend at all. Nothing. Does not clean. Noisy. Impossible to replace basket wheels.

By the sound of what you say, the basket will come off the rails if overloaded weight-wise, and given that, it may be the way you load it, and the amount you load it with. Like all appliances, it has to be loaded with a bit of foresight, and to give it a chance to actually get to the items it is washing. Try looking at how it works via the manual, and it may change. In all the years I've had dishwashers, the only problem I ever found with washing quality was myself. Also you found it in the house?. Maybe, just Maybe that's why it was left there, it could just be broken?. No sane person would leave one if it was good now would they?. You can't pass a valid verdict on something you found left as not wanted/scrap can you. Buy one, and see how a working one performs, then come back and paste a note on the consumer fact seeking wall.
