Terrible – There is an overpriced storage cupboard sitting in my kitchen and I now have dishpan hands again...I have learnt an expensive lesson and will go for a better brand..REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Looked good with the touch screen panel and stainless steel facade...Dryed well when it actually worked. IT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN!!! Mine broke down twice under warranty , needing the 2 control panel parts fully replaced. Then the top developed a crack (luckily it came in under the warranty and when the technician had come out to replace the control panel not working) and then it broke down completely out of warranty..With a $95 call out charge , then $35 for every 15 minutes the technician was there and then the parts (with one part costing over $100 and the other approx $180)..The technician came out twice (first time with the wrong part , second time with a faulty new part and then he found another problem) then said he couldn't fix the problem , as it was going to work out too expensive to fix and advised me I should buy a new one!! It was just over 2 years old...When contacting Electrolux , I was told "well you know they don't make these things to last"..You figure that out..$1,000 new price plus the $95.00 call out to tell me to buy another dishwasher for just over 2 years of use..You do the maths...Besides all this the company has NO customer service , and they can't even tell you when the technician will be coming or the exact price of the parts..

Our dishwasher is the 'workhorse' - 6 years old and used daily – We shopped around for our dishwasher and due to price (under $1200) and wanting stainless steel front, we settled on this model. I have used it every day for plates, cups and utensils, and also to clean pots and pans (not with major caked-on debris, just tomato based pasta sauces), our non stick Wok and frypan, and range hood filters occasionally. No major problems or faults in 6 years of constant use. We use the Finish dishwasher tablets and Rinse Aid. The stainless steel front has hidden controls at the top of the door- streamlined into our new kitchen and easy to keep clean. When the Rinse Aid is kept full (the LCD says 'LO' when it needs topping up), our glassware always looks streak free and beautiful! It doesn't really do a great job on the short or rinse cycles- if there is food debris stuck on plates then you need to choose the normal or heavy modes, otherwise you'll be disappointed. Also, the detergent door occasionally sticks, and the tablet doesn't fully dissolve - we have taken to putting the tablet in the bottom of the dishwasher and seems to do the same job.
