Disappointed – I bought one of these for the ease of use. The buttons, screen, options and menu are great. Sadly I fell for the "easy on the ear" label on the box, been a phone marketed for seniors I assumed it would be easy to hear. Nope. It has a hearing aid compatible speaker...which is probably good if you have a hearing aid, however, it fails to mention that unless you have a hearing aid you can not hear it. the screen, buttons, easy to use menu, speed dial numbers and the emergency button on rear of phone. You can't hear the speaker unless you have a hearing aid!
