Fantastic work and professionalism – I had the pleasure of a women and a man (I think Neil was noted down)? Got stains out that previous carpet cleaners couldn’t get out. Very happy and impressed! Will be definitely using again for tough stains, as I have two young children and they unfortunately ruin the carpet. The photos I’ve taken are after, unfortunately didn’t take any before. I should have! But my carpets are 100000xs better. Thank you again. Show reply
Great customer service – Chris and Stuart came to clean our carpets and lounges.These guys were amazing really nice guys and did such a GOOD job. Really happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend them.

APPALLING – Actual facts and have messages to prove it ... Requested a booking and was given the option of 8am this morning. 8.15am still no one has arrived yet. 8.17am the carpet cleaner guy calls me and tells me he actually can't do 8am but can start at 9am.. I told him I was booked for 8am and wasn't able to take the day off work so he could turn up one hour later. He said to cancel it and book a later time... ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

Outrageously disappointed – I booked to have my carpets cleaned just before Christmas 2019 & Found my technician to be a friendly person. I have to admit I was very surprised that it took him the same time to complete my whole house, as it did me, to simply vacuum. better & that I was not satisfied with results. One particular stain I told him I didn’t expect to come out, but knew the rest were simply household day to day marks. Asking him to repeat procedure on couple of marks, which removed them. He assured me that would look better once dry & so I paid him & he left. Two days later we went away for 3 weeks on Christmas holidays & upon returning, carpets fully dry now, I went through each room & found that it was much worse than I had initially advised technician. I proceeded to contact Dry master carpet cleaning to express my dissatisfaction. I was told to email photos, which Clearly showed the extent of the entirety of carpets to be unclean. I was given stalling excuses & no attempt to rectify to issue by the owner of company [name removed]. Then after a full month of continuous emails & phone calls left without reply, I purchased a carpet cleaner from supermarket & spot cleaned a couple of marks, which came out without effort. Finally I got the Owner on phone & he claimed they must all be permanent stains, regardless I told him I was able to remove some myself. He made it very clear that he had no intention of rectifying the issue & in fact made a mockery of my complaint. I am out of pocket $200 & my carpets throughout the whole house, have numerous marks & look like they haven’t been touched by a so called “professional carpet cleaning company”
I am not one to make complaints & usually very understanding to situations that can not be rectified due to matter beyond their control, however this was not the case here.
I am extremely disappointed at the results I received, the lack of communication & simply being ignored, but above all I am disgusted in how the owner of this company did not stand by his quality of work nor acknowledge the clearly obvious need for rectification, that should have been done promptly in this situation.

No hanging about waiting, done in a jiff! – Came as promised, set up no fuss, work done in a professional manner to my satisfaction and my wife (and believe me that's a tall order!!) Don't waste your time or money – Your service has been appalling your tech that showed up on the day showed up with a child and once arrived realised he left hoses at the last job. pictures as requested by the office only to hear nothing from the company for over 48 hours and now getting a updated quote adding $100 (i have a normal suede couch). In that 48 hours I hired a machine cleaned my couch very easily i will add and other things in my house. All for less then $100 don't waste your time or money with this company.

Misrepresentation is a breach of the trade practices act 1975 – I was quoted 255$. Them the operator measured up the rooms and added an extra 144$ to the quote based on 5$ m2 . Neither the estimate nor the additional sum took into consideration the furniture including beds, wardrobes, couches etc. 400$ to steam clean a small single fronted un renovated cottage is ridiculously expensive. Disappointing – I usually clean my own carpets, but decided on a professional clean to the main living area, as I am preparing to sell, and am pushed for time. wasn't necessary, but was appreciated. He then "cleaned" the carpet in an astonishingly short time. He asked me to inspect it, and the main traffic areas were just as dirty as they were before he started, although they did have cleaner streaks alternating with dirtier streaks. I complained, but he insisted it was wear and tear on the carpet, and it couldn't be cleaned. As soon as he left I had to clean it myself, and the "wear and tear" areas are now clean again. Using Drymaster was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Had job done recently, MARK was very. Quick, & pleasant & easy to talk to. I didn.t follow him around rooms, just let him do job. All seemed good, whilst Carpet & RUG was wet, but as it dried, l noticed mark inside Main Bedroom door, that was not there before, & other spots still there. Another disappointing aspect of job was the RUG was still MATTED on one side & as dirty as it was before cleaned. Tried to attach photos, but not work. Show details
Jobs are allocated to local franchisees and in my case there was a break down in communication which resulted not getting the service that I was expecting. However, after a few phone calls the franchisee returned two days later to finish the job to my satisfaction. Never assume that the franchisee has all the details, so I recommend to spend time to discuss the whole job lifecycle and approach prior to commencing.
Wonderful outcome – Drymaster Sunshine Coast. Luke did an exceptional job cleaning our much loved 13 year old fabric sofa which unexpectedly showed slight signs of mould. The transformation was amazing and Luke added fabric protection after the clean. Price was well below what we expected and will definitely use his services again in the future. Show reply
Professional service just as promised – We had Drymaster come out to our house in Riverview just before we moved in and they were on time and did the job perfectly. Appalling – Appalling job. Just went and looked at their handy work and they may as well have not bothered. Real estate aren't happy and I can see why. Very responsive to problem with carpet – Ken and Sarah were very prompt in their attempts to remedy a carpet problem. They were prompt and courteous and certainly knew what products to use to remove water stains from a flooding and recent pet urine. it is difficult to rate all the criteria because Ken and Sarah were making good the work of a previous carpet cleaner but I was certainly happy with their best efforts. Meena was punctual polite and very efficient – I had a nasty experience, dropping a custard cream cake down the stairwell of my unit block yesterday. It was a real mess, splattering down two flights. Pure Dry had Meena here this morning and he did a fabulous job. Show reply

So Professional and Knowledge – Joseph was punctual, reliable & extremely knowledgeable in determining the extent of the water damage following a leak from the bathroom. I should have said no to clean when they did not have a van mounted unit ! – I had read that a good carpet cleaning system is van mounted industrial unit and on the day the carpet technician turned up with a portable unit.
