DSE 9" Portable

Excellent – I am glad this is a Dick Smith product because its good to support our local shops rather than a big international company. This is a small portable dvd player which is very useful for me to use and I haven't had any problems with it. The earphones didn't work properly at first and the sales attendant at Dick Smith immediately gave me a replacement, no questions asked. I am happy with this product for the money I paid for it. This is a great, can I say cute, dvd player which didn't cost too much. It is compact and I bought it at the Pre-Christmas sales and saved a bit of money too. It is easy to use and the remote is simple too. The volume without the earphones isn't too high, just barely heard, but I don't know if others can be better at such a low price.

Has lasted for years – Bought mine a few years ago during a rainy holiday when hubby was hogging the tv during football season. Has been used heaps & is always taken away on hols.Unlike previous review I have no problem with the volume through the headphones. It's only now started having intermittent problems getting a picture, I have to give it a thump on the table for the picture to come up. As it was not expensive the begin with I think I've got my moneys worth out of it. inexpensive, I like the bigger size screen

Excellent – Portability is its best asset, it's easy to carry around. And I'm glad that I bought this, now I can enjoy my DVD's anywhere at any time I want. The sound is superb too, it's just like watching a movie the "normal" way. Good buy. Stand-out images, even at its size.
