Good – I would give them a 8 out of 10. They are Melbourne based (believe have a Perth site now) so suits me as I live country Vic. They also deliver to Melbourne city which sounds interesting but can't comment on this but would be great for many also should be a even faster turnaround. I have tried all the others and have found DVDJam to be the best. Site is easy to use. No gimmicks. Customer service is more attentive and personal. Turnaround has been great especially when using their transit button as they send next on your list. Also have found in most cases they said something from my top 5 everytime unlike some of the competitors. You can also request a movie which is useful. They don't have all the titles of Bigpond or Homescreen but they are getting better.
