Do not purchase from this company – Purchased phone, used for a couple week, camera stopped working. Contacted seller who advised to reset phone. Did this but didn’t work. Contacted seller again who said to post back & they would fix. Returned to the seller with tracking number and have heard nothing back from them. Checked the tracking & it’s still at the post office. Great Christmas present – Bought a iPhone X just before Christmas, I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t turn up in time but thankfully it did! Top job guys!!! Will be buying again, highly recommend.

New Iphone 8 – Deal with this company at your peril. I purchased an Iphone 8, advertised as 'New' phone turns out to be a "factory second" the battery maximum capacity is only 90% (so 10% used) the battery has been charged 346 times, this info has come directly from the phone. Prompt and Responsive but – Delivery was prompt. Condition was good. Phone was good and operational but developed a problem with video audio and so sent it back. A replacement is on the way. and delivery and when I queried the battery health indicator, I was told it was a factory second. This is the first time these words were used, they were not mentioned in the original listing.

As to this warranty claim, I asked whether the replacement was a refurbished unit, and was told that it is not but is what I originally purchased, a factory second. This is not what I purchased according to the original listing. I note that the current listings have been changed to include the words factory seconds. This should have been stated from the beginning.

Incidentally, I do wonder as to what “factory second” actually means? Is it refurbished by another name? Something to ponder.

My complaint? Lack of accuracy in advertising/listing!

Beware of Dvdorchard – The business claims to sell "New" phones and use the words "New" when the product is clearly secondhand, used, or refurbished. They then claim it is a factory second, but do not specifically say "factory second" in their item descriptions.

DVDOrchard are Criminals. Made deal with eBay to have NEG Feedback scrubbed – If you watch DVDOrchard closely, they'll receive up to 50 negs per month. But then you wonder, why next day, 10 are gone, next day 40 are gone. My NEG was also scrubbed. They sell OLD, USED, DAMAGED iPhones, then claim they are "NEW". Proof? Delivery Issues – I placed an order on a Wednesday, paying for Express Post - "Guaranteed Delivery Next Business Day". The order was shipped on the Thursday, and I was sent an email with the Australia Post Tracking Number. scanned yet" and I'm invited to "check back in 24 - 48 hours". I accept that I need to pay extra for the faster service, but when I'm charged for it I expect to receive it! Unsure whether this is a DVD Orchard system problem or an Express Post problem - I tried the 1800 number given in the email, but it rang out twice.

Non english speaking dvd – Ordered a classic American dvd and received an foreign speaking movie. Could not change language to english because everything was written in a foreign language. Don't know where dvdorchard get their dvd movies from but they should change their supplier. Spoke to two people from dvdorchard and it seemed to be a home based company. Will not be ordering from this dvd business again.

The wrong DVD was sent – I order Paddock to Plate Season 2 and I received season 1, please check the coding on the series or check that your packers can tell the difference.

Disappointing – I purchased Order 542502 & paid for Express Delivery on Thursday 17th Dec. Estimated delivery stated Mon 21st. Order delivered in afternoon of Weds 23rd, 2 days past estimation. Not Express to me. I have had to pay extra express postage for a neighbour to forward the order as I had to leave for Christmas holiday on the morning of the 23rd after waiting until 11am for it to come. It had not.

Fast Service – Website was easy to use, very prompt service and delivery, thank you....as this is a xmas present getting in early was paramount, thank you again.

Just plain rude – When I asked the seller if the film I wanted was in Steelbook™ or Futurepak™ packaging, he said he didn't know what the latter was. I was surprised that a video retailer didn't know and then explained the differences. He emailed me back and just told me to keep my advise to myself. Doesn't care if he sends incorrect items out and then have the hassle of refunds.
