Cons: bad for asthma

Overall: the vacuum picked up some dust and left the rest in the air which started my asthma attack, now this was disgraceful as the salesman stated that the dyson were the best for asthma. given my experience if the dyson can start up my asthma attack what's stopping it from doing the same to other sufferers

Pros: Unbelievably good suction, easy to clean filter and easy to empty catcher.

Cons: Heavy, not easy to maneuver, hose twists easily and catcher not big enough.

Overall: Of all the vacuums I've used, Dyson is the best brand by far at picking up fine dust and hair/fur. When you first use a Dyson in your house, you can fill the catcher for every room!
It is heavier than most barrel vacuums and that can make it difficult to maneuver. However, it is very easy to use, easy to clean, sturdy and comes with numerous attachments. It also stores reasonably compact.

Pros: Never loses it sucking power, easy to use!

Overall: With three kids who have asthma I needed a very good vacuum cleaner. It never ceases to amaze me how much dust and fluff this vacuum cleaner picks up, even when it looks clean!! It gives me peace of mind that my kids are better off and the dust is well and truly gone from the floors! The kids even love to help!

Overall: I bought the Dyson after a few friends recommended it and think that it is a great vacuum. It has a fantastic suction and I trust that all dust and pet hairs are gone.

Pros: There are additional parts you can buy at any large department store. It is not a heavy vacuum and maneuvers very well around carpet, tiles and obstacles. It is asthma and allergy friendly!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing wrong! There is however a large upfront cost to purchase the item.

Overall: We changed from a bag vacuum to a bag less Dyson! I have never ever looked back! We’re a large family of NINE that is severely affected by allergies and asthma. Since using this Dyson the children have never had an asthma attack or allergies within the home. There are various motorised and non motorised head attachments that can clean ABSOLUTELY anything and everything in the home or car! I have used all the head attachments and have successfully cleaned fly screens, air conditioner filters, mattresses, blankets, curtains, walls and floors. The filter is very easy to clean and only requires water to remove any impurities. No chemicals required. I can safely clean with my baby crawling around the vacuum because no dust or particles are dispersed when cleaning. The bin section that collects all the dirt is clear and you can see if you have accidentally sucked up a TOY! There is also a line indicating when the bin needs to be emptied. There is an adjustable handle so ANYONE young or old/small or big can assist with vacuuming. There is no need to slouch as it is very easy to adjust the height. The suction is extremely high therefore no pressure is required when vacuuming which makes the experience more pleasant. What I adore is that this vacuum is compact and fits nicely in a very small space!

Pros: Amazing vacuum, makes life easy.

Cons: Terrible after sales service

Overall: I love my dyson vacuum, I have two furry cats who drop quite a bit of hair. The dyson does a fantastic job lifting the hair off the carpet, because of the hair I clean the filter after every use. This is fine. But when my dyson suddenly broke ( made a loud popping noise and simply stopped working) I rang the warranty line, and the lady on the phone was most unhelpful saying that it broke because I hadn't been cleaning it often enough.
