transparency regarding the risks involved has left me feeling completely let down. I have been left to cover the repair costs myself ( 7 K ) to have my property re-painted.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Prospective customers should proceed with extreme caution and ensure they fully understand all potential risks before agreeing to any mould treatment work.
Buyer beware.

After years of neglect with literally fires floods and builders as tenants I decided to try Electrodry as the Bunnings carpet cleaner never really did much. My cream lounge room rug was grubby looking so I booked a rug wash with Electrodry. The young man Ben who came to collect the rug impressed me straight away with his beautiful smile and he further impressed with his Customer Service which was 100%. He is a credit to the Company. James and Ben did an amazing job on our Matt Blatt sofa. Honestly I thought it was ready to be replaced, but not now! Follow-up · To follow up on my original review .....yes they did clean up afterwards, it took just over an hour to complete the process which was mould removal in 1 bedroom plus the bathroom. There was only a slight smell which only lasted a short time. We had the windows open for a short time which helped a lot.

Electrodry did a fantastic job of cleaning and restoring the cotton covers on our wicker framed lounge and two easy chairs. Communications from initial qoute to dealing with the service pesonnel were excellent as was the standard of the finished result. These comments from one who was sceptical about trying the service. I have used Electrodry to clean my carpets since they were laid several years ago. I have had them cleaned about every 12 months, and despite them being a light beige colour, they look as good today as when they were laid. This has even included a red wine spill. Requested the service with one days notice, the guy arrived on time and was honest and clear with my expectations regarding some carpet marks. The dry cleaning of carpets was done in under an hour. The result was Outstanding!!!. Thanks for a great service, i honestly didn't think the carpet would come up as well as it did. Sorry i forgot the cleaners name, he provided a first class service.

Don’t bother to try to book if you live in an apartment or anywhere near the city. I was told I couldn’t be serviced because I couldn’t secure a dedicated car park for the technician in Richmond. There is always ample car parking on the street near me but that wasn’t enough. They can only look after you if you have acres of land and can block off undercover access for them. How is that remotely possible for anyone in the inner city? Show details
After booking our carpet clean in 3 weeks ago and asked for a saturday clean( quoted extra for this) we recieved a call less than 48 hours till the job was supposed to be done, telling us that the tech dosent work in this area on this day.... Why did they email us with a confirmation if the guy couldnt do it. Why didnt they let us know asap?… Read more

Troy from Electrodry came out today to clean a three piece leather lounge (that had been supposedly been cleaned by another), the difference is amazing it is brighter and all the grains in the leather clean and with a low sheen that draws attention. I'm so pleased with the result, and the rug clean that was done also. Can't recommend Troy enough, as he said, "I do the job as if it's my own place".
