Waste of money – Rubbish.... I have had nothing but problems with this machine and if you don't live in a metro area, you need to call one of their providers and wait over 2 months for service then they'll order the part and wait again. I purchased a full kitchen of electrolux and had problems with all but 1 item - the microwave. Called electrolux numerous times to help and they weren't interested as they'd already got my money. I liked the idea of having a good coffee machine in my home bad warranty and repair service
