fact it picks up more than my big Miele Cat and Dog cleaner! It has a separate head with a rolling brush for carpets, which works really well. The heads are a little stiff to remove, and you do have to change to the regular head for tiles. The downsides are it is heavy for a stick type cleaner, if you stop during cleaning you have to lie it on the floor or lean it against something, and it's a bit messy to empty. You really do need to clean the inner filter every couple of weeks, and this is time-consuming and very dusty. However, I am so delighted to find a stick cleaner that actually picks up all the cat fur, that I am quite happy to put up with these minor inconveniences. Excellent pet hair pick-up, good on tiles and carpet, manoeuvreable, long cord, solid and sturdy. Heavy, messy to clean inner filter, heads stiff to remove, doesn't stand during use.

Poor suction on hardwood floors – Difficult to get onto stand. Very poor suction on hardwood floors - rollers get tangled with hair, cottons very easily and are hard and time consuming to remove. Poor choice and not up to expected Electrolux standard. Relatively cheap (compared to Dyson which I really wanted). Being cordless is best thing!

Great purchase no regrets – It is light weight. Good length cord. Easy to empty canister. I have all tiled floors and it works beautiful but would probably be difficult on rugs or carpet - but I bought it after having all the floor coverings ripped up and tiled throughout. Maneuvers really well. Light weight and efficient The vacuum does not stay in the stand well

almost perfect ! – Having recently purchased this product, the only complaint i have is that it is very hard to push on a thick pile carpet,compaired to my previous cordless, which was of a different brand. Makes it hard when you have arthritic hands. Perhaps this could be improved in future models, otherwise happy with overall peformance. energy efficent, good suction. hard work on thick pile carpet. Bought on sale, otherwise a little expensive.

Great design for people with bad backs & the older folk. Ease of use is fantastic – Found it great to use because of arthritis & bad back problems , so no bending , fantastic to use over different surfaces. Actually enjoy this vacuum cleaner. Excellent – I live in the bush have; 3 dogs, 2 cats and hardwood floors. I own an excellent barrel style vaccum already but end up using a swivel head dust mop 90% of the time because it's just so MUCH easier to manouver. more doggy smell from a half filled dust bag. Does a good job with pet hair on my few small rugs too.

It cleans right up to skirting boards, easily moves in and OUT of corners, I even lift it up and do the cobwebs, the furniture, the mattress...it gets right under the bed, the lounge, no attachments necessary - it just does it.

To whoever designed this one, I thank you. Excellent suction & manouverability. Lightweight, well balanced...very user friendly. Quiet. Storage no problem, very compact. No dust escapes when disconnecting dust container. It looks a bit 'plasticy'. You need to clean out the fine dust filters fairly often.
