Electrolux ESF66814XR

Absolute rubbish – Paid a lot for this machine and after 3 months ownership it has been broken down more than it has been working. I have had three service calls and its still not working. Electrolux's service is very bad, you have to wait for a minimum of 7 days for a service person to call and then up to 10 days for parts. On the last callout the service person ran each cycle for about 2 min then said its "working I'm leaving". After he left I started the machine and when it tried to run full cycle it failed straight away. nothing doesn't work, service is terrible

Great machine – Cleans better than my old machine - that was a 18 y old Fisher and Paykel - has a big capacity - quiet - like the fact you can change top shelf height - easy to stack a range of items on both shelves - Auto wash takes about 2h, seems well made. Cannot fault it - however would have preferred it to have a worktop. Easy stacking, Cleans well, Quiet would have preferred a worktop - wish it was cheaper.
