Pros: The OCR is powered by ABBYY, but I'm not after that. I look at it as a nice, silent printer. CX6500 doesn't make an awful sound when printing. If fact, it doesn't at all but quietly. Unmindful of the number of photos you have to print.
Cons: Forget the number pad on the front panel. It shouldn't be there because the unit doesn't have any installed fax modem. No use for that.
Overall: Print smoothly, quietly with the CX6500. It uses the DuraBrite technology, who's non-spilling ink block ultraviolet light.
