Pros: Like the card slots and prints excellent photos
Cons: I did not use the scanner very often but after scanning only 17 itmes the scanner failed. I used the photocopy for about 14 months and then it failed.
Overall: I have been left with a printer that does not scan or photocopy after very little use - I am about to buy a new printer - definitely NOT an Epsom and then put this one on my front nature strip with a lemon sign

Pros: Individual ink-tanks rock! Flatbed scanner is tops - and the print quality is very surprising; it prints very nicely.
Cons: Might use a bit of ink every time you start/turn off printer to keep the heads clean. Still more affordable than Lexmark and HP cartridges however.
Overall: I am so impressed with this multi function printer.
Brilliant scanning - Brilliant Printing! It has great software and many features built in that I wouldn't expect for a multi-function at this price.
I have had a few different printers over the years - HP, Canon and Lexmark - and so far this is best printer I have had.

Pros: Print Quality fantastic
Scans both film and reflective brilliant
Refillable tanks with "Top quality ink" with resetter available Sold it for me
Print speed: very good
Software: very easy to use for most tasks

Cons: Worried about the waste tank warning when it comes as the fix to add a waste ink bottle is so easy and should be part of the system
Overall: I have been printing photo's at home for many years and have tried many makes of printers. After research and experiance this is by far the best printer I have ever had. Print cost for me is not much more than the cost of good photo paper.
So if Epson gave a waste collection system and sold bulk ink they really would be on a winner

Pros: Is an excellent scanner - bought it to scan my family's slides - 3000 later - decided its brilliant - simple, user friendly softwear - is also very versatile machine and photocopies, prints and scans so simply. Great copies too!
Cons: Typical epson problem - find the cartridges expensive and the cleaning uses so much ink! Would love a draft print that was REALLY a draft - and use minimal ink
Overall: An excellent machine - good value and very user friendly - has a small footprint on the bench - prints photo prints with exceptional quality - great scanner for photos too -recommended
