Loathe this machine – We purchased this machine last year and use it to do a variety of colour labels using a continuous roll. The machine jams EVERY time we use it and then takes 3 minutes to restart, which when you're waiting for a label is a LONG time. The multicolour cartridge gets expensive because you have to replace it any time you run out of a single colour and because it's a blend doesn't give a true black. Also puts a slightly darker line every 2cm or so. Has regular "rest breaks". That being said, the printer does handle very fine text and colour graduations well and when printing is quite fast especially given the size of the machine which has a small footprint and sits very nicely on a desk. Ink cartridge and label stock is very easy to load. Will take continuous roll or standard labels. Paper jams. Long start-up.
