25 Fenders in 1! Unbelievable – I bought this as one of a few to come into Australia. Have 3 other customised Fenders but wanted a workhorse guitar for live work. Based ona Standard American Strat, there are twenty 5 iconic Fender guitars sounds in 1 guitar with instant open and tuning variations inlcuding 12 string. This is due to the on-board guitar synth from Roland. This guitar is like a Swiss army knife and means I can leave several guitar at home when I gig.

Get one before they stop making them, as they surely will. The same happended with the Fender Cybertwin Amp - it modelled other Fender amps so well it was costing them sales! Cheap, classic strat sounds, huge variety of tones. Chews up the batteries but move to high output rechargeables and you'll be fine.

Where can I get one of these? – I have played a friend's VG a bunch of times and am in love with it. It is a real American Strat with custom shop neck, with the tone and silky playability we all know and love...but with BONUS features. LOVE LOVE LOVE playing it. The buttons are intuitive, and the extra knobs don't look conspicuous at all. It's an American Strat with the Roland bells and whistles. Amazing tones, and flexibility for gigs. Perfect as your main guitar or as the backup for EVERY main guitar. Normal Strat kicks in if batteries go flat. I can't find them for sale in Australia. They're kind of a collector's item now which means they're being kept by people who aren't playing them. Waste!! The batteries are sort of annoying for long periods using the modeling, but easily surmountable with rechargeables.
