Terrible – Unless the change their customer service don't waste your time with this brand as they never return your calls, i have spoken to many other owners of other brands and never had any trouble No Pros if you have NO service Totally unstratified with this scooter, had one for over 3yrs and nothing but a lemon, can't get any service for it, total headache as it's off the road yet again just wait to get parts and all just give you the run around, why bring out a product and make it a nightmare to get service for, total headache, nightmare, waste of money and down time.........
