Overall: I have had a Dish Drawer since 2001. Problems:
The machine uses very very little water. That's great, but it doesn't rinse its pump out at the end of the cycle, so after about 12 months, it starts to smell. All the dishes smell. The only way to fix it is to tip chlorine into it (Napisan) with a litre of water, turning it on and off to force it to pump the water through the pipes and pump. You have to do this every couple of weeks.
Second problem: cutlery sometimes affects its cycle selector; you can't select another cycle. This problem got worse progressively, to a point where now we have to turn it off at the wall to reboot it before we can select a cycle.
Third problem: when left powered on, it pops a red face up and says "HP". Power cycling fixes it.
After a Fisher & Paykel fridge with shelves that failed in the first few weeks of operation, and my sister's fridge that was replaced three times, I'm not buying any more of it. They are innovative products that are simply not properly tested and designed before being released to market.

Overall: PROS: I love it when Fisher & Paykel come out with new items. I especially love their line of dishdrawers. This DD66031, I particularly loved because it doesn't at all look like a dishwasher. With its earth-tone color, it blend well with my wood-themed kitchen. It's just perfect looking on the outside, it just looks like a one of the cabinets in my kitchen. And I'm hats off with the features of this thing. It's verstile enough to have up to nine wash options (yes, it has more than enough wash options, too many even.). I can even arrange the racks to my own liking in order to fit dishes of diffrent shapes and sizes. Yes, I can maximize the space inside as much as I can in order to fit dishes on just one load. This really gives me a lot of savings.
CONS: Boy, I really can't think of any.
OVERALL: Super value for the money I've spent. I'd buy another Fisher & Paykel the next time they'll come up with another out-of-the-box product like this one.
