Pros: It,s not all that noisy.
It looks good
It has two drawers which attracted us to the appliance
Cons: The bottom drawer does not clean the plates and glassware properly
Sometimes it has to be washed twice.Even though I rinse everything beforehand.
The bottom drawer definitely does not clean as well as the top drawer.
Plates in the bottom drawer sometimes have a gritty residue.

After 2 months of service both the bottom & top drawers have seized up.
We have plates in there from yesterday and it,s the weekend and we cannot open
the unit.
Lights are flashing everywhere and we have to wait until tomorrow to get a service technician.
Overall: We paid $1800 for it .
It was my insistence that a two drawer made sense,
and now my wife is telling me i told you so.
I feel like a goose for recommending it, as she is not happy and wants to go back to Harvey Norman to get her money back and buy a Bosch which would lower the cost from
the seemingly overpriced $1800 , to $1200.
We hope that Harvey Norman have the right pull to force them to take back "this lemon"

Cons: noisy, breaks glasses, poor quality, useless.
Overall: Why buy such an over priced piece of crap when there are so many better products on the market? Any European brand runs rings around the fisher and paykel crap

Overall: PROS: A total energy and water saver. With this product, I have several wash options to choose from. The half load wash option is the usual one that I take advantage of.

CONS: At first I thought it looks like a commercial bread oven. But as it was built in along with my kitchen coutner, it wasn't so bad afterall.

OVERALL: I trust Fisher & Paykel. It has not failed me since. I truly recommend this product.
