Pros: It looks great. I purchased after seeing one in my sister's house.
Cons: Unreliable. Within 18 months it shorted out, stopped heating the water and would not turn off. It was one of the more expensive brands and I thought I was investing for the long-term. Incidentally, my sister had to replace hers after 3-4 years.
Overall: I would hope that a dishwater would last longer than 18 months to 4 years. I am now starting to understand that the problems centers on the company: Fisher & Paykel.

Overall: PROS: I was glad I found this dishwasher model (dishdrawer for F & P) because it's a perfect addition to my newly renovated kitchen. I was also pleased with the separate drawers, at least I have that option to just run one deck if I have only a few dishes to wash. It's truly a water and energy saver at the same time.
CONS: weak drying system.
OVERALL: I don't use this product as often as my friends use their dishwashers, so i can't really vouch for the durability of this product. Nonetheless, I still consider this thing as one of the wisest items i have bought this year.
