Cool and comfortable – Purchased Queen size a Flexgel Enchanted from forty winks about 4 years ago ands it's great. Very comfortable and cool. Slight dipping where we lay but nothing much. I turn it roughly once a month. Still looks and feels like new. And as I said its cool Which for me is very important. We love it!

An expensive mistake! TOO HOT! – We were told this bed was the coolest of beds to sleep in. Nothing could be further from the truth! We swelter in it and feel as though our insides are being cooked!! As soon as we can afford it we will be throwing this mattress away and buying something else. Manufacturer told us we were the first complaint they had about this bed. Forty Winks couldn't have cared less. $4000+ down the drain! We have turned the mattress over and now sleep on the underside. Less comfy but it is a fraction cooler. As soon as we can afford it we will be buying a different mattress and dumping this one at the rubbish tip. Immediately comfy to lie on. Too hot to sleep on and mattress sagged quickly

Don't buy any Flexgel beds! I looked for more than a year for a new bed. I wanted a bed with good support and , most importantly, one was cool to sleep in. I tried the Elite Inspiration bed at Forty Winks and thought is was comfortable, was also told, and given brochures stating that it offered good support for pressure points and was at least temperature neutral.

i went back again, and decided to buy it. I got the king size, cost me over $5000, on sale. The first night I slept in it I woke up in agony, could hardly get out of the bed and every past of my body hurt. The next morning I was worse, my hips, back, ankles, elbows shoulders, even my ribs were extremely painful. The pain stayed there all day till it was time to go to bed again. I sagged down in the lower back area and my shoulders were thrust forward so I could not get comfortable.

I went back to the shop and was told I would get used to the bed, and it may take a few weeks.

The sales lady who had sold me the bed, and had said with great emphasis, to see her if I had any problems with it, said I should take pain-killers, sleeping pills or drink alcohol, to get to sleep. As I am a doctor, I thought that was stupid advice and quite insulting.

I was sure the bed I got was not the same as the one I tried in the showroom as I would never have bought anything so saggy.

I persevered, then moved the huge bed into my adult son's room, as he said he would try it, and took back my old queen bed from him.

Within 2 days my son , who gets no joint problems, could hardly walk, was in severe pain and could not bend to tie his shoelaces.

We put the new bed back in my room, and I accidentally found the only was I could sleep on is was to sleep across it, so that is what I have been doing. My feet just reach the end.

It still sags, worse now, especially in the butt area, and pushes my shoulders forward. My arms go numb and I get a lot of arm, elbow, and upper back and shoulder pain. The bed is always hot, even If i have just a sheet covering me, and I am always sweaty in it.

I may go back to the shop, but feel it will be no use. I am considering legal action as well.

I agree it is the hottest bed ever. We have been complaining for over two years and they just don't listen
