to find out what time my booking was for and never got through and never received a call back so my voucher went to waste. I would NEVER use this company EVER again and I would not recommend this to anyone. They are very quick to take your money and then after that there is nothing it's like they have packed up shop and moved on to the next scam. The flight simulator company is in Willeton, Perth. They are just as useless as FreeemanX. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EITHER OF THEM.

contact the Rep that was helping me out and she wouldn't answer any of my emails for 2 weeks, I then found the review show we were going to and directly contacted the owner, unfortunately for me he didn't have any bookings under my name. So I found the FreemanX Rep on Facebook and pretended to be somebody else, within seconds I had an email from her. I then told her I had been in contact with the review show owner and that I've complained about their services, every email I did to her I Cc him or her vice versa. She obviously started feeling the pressure from me and kept me updated, I made sure everything was sorted before we fly out. I've blasted her name because she had my money which was $800 for a month without even telling the owner, I really believe that she was trying to take my money and got caught!!!!!!! Worse company and costumer service ever!!! Not Happy

They should not be in business – They are quick to take your money but not so quick to provide customer service. They lie when they say they will call you back to confirm within 48 hours. Worst Company Ever – I am giving this company 1 star because I can't go lower. My voucher expired after 6 months and not the normal 12. Ruined my birthday present! Waste of Money- Wont honor a voucher expired after 6 months! – Recieved 4 Horse riding vouchers as a gift. They were a few weeks over expiry as I assumed most experience vouchers are valid 12 months. Only provided 6 months and refused to be flexible once I realised. Worth over 500.00. Thanks FreemanX for making my birthday memorable and effectively stealing $$$

Awesome experience – I did a bungy jump from FreemanX, it was an amazing experience, loved it! Definitely worth while despite one being petrified of heights it was insane! I was also happy with the level of service of booking with them. I would recommend FreemanX and the bungy to anyone, don't be afraid and face your fears!!!  Show reply

Fantastic Skydive – The skydive in Sydney was simply incredible, the staff was friendly and they calmed my nerves! I booked the Skydive through FreemanX and found it easy to book, helpful and with knowledgeable, friendly staff, easy hassle free payment and booking, and great communication. waited around for an hour and a half trying desperately to contact FreemanX wedding experience and could not get through because they don't operate on weekends. What a mess, the day was completely ruined and as the Maid of honor I felt completely responsible.

The following Monday morning I called FeemanX weddings to ask what happened. I was told that the cruise was cancelled and someone forgot to tell me. No apology and the operator on the phone was very rude. Weeks later I am still chasing the refund!

They've been paid and the supplier of flights hasn't received any payment. Flight supplier says they are happy to provide the service if Free..... will authorise which they won't. As far as Free.... is concerned it isn't their problem anymore, When questioned about the 12 month expiry it states on the website, they were unable to comment.. All our attempts at emails were ignored. We've called a dozen time to try and resolve with them.

Total waste of money – This company is no good. I don't even know where to start. My girlfriend bought a flexi voucher for my birthday. I chose kayaking in Melbourne and deep sea fishing. I booked on the 31 of October for the events to be done on Nov 21 st. I noticed there was a conflict with both events after I booked. That was my fault I should have looked… Read more

closer. So I called a week later to fix the problem. They told me no problem. I said I need it changed to the 22 for the fishing trip. They said they would take care of it. 5 days later they sent back a confirmation that it had been changed to the 23rd and I am all set. All set????? I asked for the 22nd! I won't be in Melbourne. So I called back. They told me I would have to contact the fishing company directly to cancel and they could put my voucher towards something else. So much for customer service. I phoned the company and they tried to accommodate me the best they could so I could go fishing. However weather and scheduling issues just didn't allow it. So it finally got cancelled.

Then on the day of the kayaking apparently there were booking issues that were "my fault". According to them I didn't book I just got a voucher. Bull***** but anyway....they checked on the day I wanted and not enough people booked so it was cancelled.

Now I had to find something else. There was whale watching and kayaking in Sydney. Perfect. Um no. Whale watching season is over. Really. Then take it off the website. Kayaking was unavailable due to no interest. ...! Fine I will take the sail around the habour. So much for options. Don't waste your money or time with them.

I feel bad for my girlfriend she was disappointed I didn't get to do what I wanted to do.

Customer service is brutal and you don't have options for great trips like they lead you to believe.

Waste of money! – Waste of money.. Hired a fat-o-gram for my partners birthday.. she was over an hr late & instead of "entertaining guests for 15min+" she was there three minutes! Wasn't even that fat, however was 70+ years old Have nothing else to add except this company is a load of rubbish! Worst $300 ever wasted

paid $250 for a service that they couldn't provide on the day or even close to the day that I booked for. I don't believe that their Terms and Conditions accurately outline what happens when they can't provide the service. I am very happy to book online but in this instance I would rather deal directly with a local supplier to ensure that the service that I am after is available.

So, do not trust their calendars on their website. They are not accurate and if a day looks to be available, it actually may not be. Can see everything in one place. It's great to be able to book from home. That you can't confirm that a service is available until after they have your money. That they won't refund if they can't provide service. That they ask you to pay Voucher Insurance which is the only thing that covers you if THEY are the ones that can't provide the service.

Dont bother guys n gals, the calenders are inaccurate and this whole having to buy insurance in case either of you need to cancel thing is rubbish.. I mean the company that are actually running the service are happy about the cancellation, no problem to them but Freeman x want more money from you to simply press a few buttons on their keyboards to transfer your hard earned money back to you..! away on some thing they say they can provide, but can't, then get involved with them. I contacted them for a specific date to go fishing with a mate who had already booked. They told me , yes we have your mates name here, I'll (David) book you on the same trip. Turned out my mate wasn't on their list nor did the charter company have any free seats available for this particular day. All Freemanx wanted to do was sell a voucher that I could use any time except the time I wanted.

Be very careful before you book – My wife purchased a gift voucher for me for a helicopter flight based on the website showing it was available on a particular date. overnight accommodation etc and bought the voucher based on the fact it appears as available on the web. Our bad luck apparently. We were told the web is often not up to date, but that's not their fault either. We were told they do not refund but we can do something else but if it is cheaper they do not refund the unused amount, it stays as a credit with them. So be very careful before you book because even though the activity shows it is available on the date you want it may not be and you'll do your dough.

Poor customer service, website not up to date, no refunds.

i booked in a date and they confirmed availability. so i paid 500$ for them to call me afterwards and tell me that the day is not available and the wouldn't be able to refound the money, denying talking to me on the phone before (this all happened within an hour!)!! It was pretty frustrating and i find it very unfair to process customer enquiries this way, the worst thing is though that it was not even my fault, because my booking was based on wrong information provided by them. never again!

He promised a refund the same day. I am still waiting for this refund to materialise. It's been over 2 weeks now. They're now avoiding my calls, as soon as I state my name, they tell me that the supervisor is not around. It's always the same guy answering the phone by the phone in the 20+ phone calls I have made to them. I wanted info on cancelling & how much money we would loose, customer service member I spoke to said she would call me back with all the info, never called back the Monday before the bucks, I received an email saying they had cancelled the cruise & re-booked it for someone else & wanted to know if we wanted to book another experience... Bundaberg Rum Hamper – All States” worth $120.00 (I paid the $30.00 difference)

I received the Hamper on Monday 14th May and I feel that it is extremely poor value, considering my children saved up their money ($90.00) to purchase it for me.

The Hamper consisted of:

1 x Bottle of Bundaberg Rum (700mls) worth $33.99

2 x Bottles of Bundaberg Lemon, Lime & Bitters (340mls) worth $4.70

1 x “Choceur” …. (Aldi Brand) Block of “Rum & Raisin Chocolate” (200g) worth $2.49

1 x “Dairy Fine” … (Aldi Brand) Packet of “Chocolate Peanuts” (200g) worth $1.99

TOTAL: $ 43.17

I am aware that it has to be boxed in a Colourful Cardboard Box & Delivered.

But...

My children were very disappointed and I feel that they did not receive even reasonable value! The products sent were fine, it was the value that was poor. Very expensive for what you received.

Simple advice people... Do not buy from these people!

They are terrible & try to get away with not giving legit refunds.

constantly. At one point she took money out of the credit card (with and administration fee) and 2 days later took out more with another administration fee. She also asked my brother if it was ok to take money out of our credit card without our permission....very unprofessional! On the night of the bucks party the men had organised a dinner beforehand as the boat was meant to leave at 8pm. But instead they received a phone call at 7pm to ask where they were. The person who took the booking booked it for 7-10pm instead of 8-11pm as specified. Therefore my fiance had to pay another $150 for the extra half hour that was added at the end (7.30-10.30), as well as everyone rushing their meal to get to the boat by 7.30pm. We would never use this company again, their customer service was appalling. My fiance and brother felt harrassed by this lady for 2 months. You take the deposit and specify a due date, that's it. There is no need to continually ask for more money, that's how you do business and keep it. This company does not believe in customer satisfaction. Don't buy products through this company, go directly to the source. Will never use this company again!

isn't practical. I believe this is a breach of both the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. You can't unreasonably withold a refund. Don't use FreemanX, just approach the company directly as they are more concerned with pleasing the customer than FreemanX are. The experiences looked great... don't use FreemanX, buy direct Very bad service.

Excellent – was very happy to have a last minute gift for my sister straight away. Staff had heads of advise and ended up with a skydive over the beach. My sister loved it. Very happy would recommend. Good site, easy to use staff were very friendly and helpful nothing for me
