DocuPrint C1110 – Your Fuji Xerox Docuprint. There are several things that Fuji Xerox don't want you to know. For your black not printing dark, clean out the pumps, Tonerstop at Hornsby will be able to supply you with the relative information.

Cheap and limited – I got a few of these for the office as they seemed a good price. Around the office this printer doesn't perform well with PDFs and different page sizes, it seems to always be complaining about something. I've also got one at home and it no longer prints dark for the black. I just changed the drum and toner and the problem came back very quickly. Cheap, handles pcl, works with Linux Bad rollers, slow, complains a lot, expensive to run

Feel cheated – This printer has a major problem - after 3,500 pages the black print has suddenly started to fade to a light grey. Changing the toner cartridge, doing the "toner cartridge refresh" on the operator panel, changing the settings on the computer -- none of these work. Black prints out light grey, while the other colors print out normally. Asking… Read more

for service online from Fuji-Xerox results in a "smarty" IT person telling me to check the relevant part of the User's Guide....

Buying a new drum unit, is the same cost as buying another printer...

This was meant to be a heavy-duty "business" printer -- as such I feel cheated and would never buy a Fuji Xerox product again.

Does not live up to the specifications - of being an "office" business printer.

I have just developed the same problem on mine! (Is it a "Y2012" Xerox bug!?) Did all the same… Read more (+5 replies)

Terrible – DOA. xerox service was less than satisfactory, they sent a repair man out twice and he did not fix it, 4 weeks later with no available replacement they offered to refund our money, after spending big dollars printing at our local print shop this was disappointing as now I have to go do all the research again and buy another one. I would not… Read more

Good – A beautiful printer at a competitive price. With colour lasers like this, inkjets are heading the way of the dinosours. If I want the occasional top quality colour photo print, I use a commercial service. High quality colour prints, relatively quick and quiet. Has an ethernet connection as well as a printer cable connection. Good value for money.… Read more

Beats costly inkjet printing hands down, even if colour photos lack the intensity of an inkjet print (the colour laser photo prints are still pretty good, mind you - and you can do them cheaply in A4). Fiddly to install, but not difficult - provided you pay careful attention to instructions and diagrams. No other complaints so far (but it's early days).

Excellent – I am glad I bought this printer. My sister in law has one as well and it has been working well for them. Had two inkjets prior to this that only lasted a year each and cost heaps in ink cartridges as I had to always clean the heads (which uses a lot of ink it seems). I don't print a lot of photos, but those I have printed seem to come out OK for… Read more

what I want to use them for, although I wouldn't use the printer to print out photos that I would want to frame. The printer is used mainly by the kids for school work. The printer is great in this role. Whilst the printer was over three times the cost of an inkjet printer, I believe it will save me money in ink and printer replacements. Have had the printer for about 6 months. It prints good quality prints as far as I can tell. Have no complaints. My 14 yo son was able to set it up no problems. Print size seems to default to 'letter' size so have to select A4 each time I print. This is probably just a setup or default setting that I am able to change.
