Not the biggest site around, but good – After having kids I started to lose touch with many of my friends who were also moving away from Sydney overseas and to Canberra to work. I decided I needed to meet more people and this seemed like an easy way to do it. It's not free but it served it's purpose for me. Fantastic. Highly recommend – All activities I attended were really great, well organised and very interesting. A good way to explore Sydney wich has so much to offer, and to meet new interesting people. I especialy enjoy bushwalks and game activities. A good way to make new friends even though I already have quite a lot aoart from the site. The site always offers something new.

pre-requisite of joining this site. At any one activity you will find singles and those in committed relationships. This is about connecting people, not connecting singles. This site is better than a community notice board. Instead of just finding the big ticket events (eg Jazz at Darling Harbour) there are guided walks around the city, BBQ's, organised bike rides through Bicentennial Park. This site gives a whole new meaning to "Spice of Life" Melbourne has really exciting activities that I always want to go to... except I live in Sydney. But then again, we steal their ideas a few weeks later and then I'm glad I live where I do!!!

Epic! – When I first came here from Europe I found the website very helpful to get in touch with local people who have the same interests. And it is also fun to organize activities yourself. Yeah and you get a lot of special deals with it :) Bush walks, Friday drinks, Kayaking, Parties, Tennis, Beach Volleyball, you name it Nothing less than awesome! I met my 3 best australian friends via this website

Excellent – I highly recoment it to everybody who is new in town or for singels who dont want to be single anymore ;o) I am from Europe and had a hard time missing my friends till I found this website, now I have nearly as many friends as in Europe and a full diary...I love it, its the best website.

to refer a lot of friends to earn a subscription. Difficult to search because there is no option to enter your postcode or general area so have to go through profiles of people involved in activities that are no where near you.

OK – Not bad at all, but there is quite others good outings website like [link removed] that worth it to see before making a choice. Simple to use, It's a quite complete website with interesting ideas for outings. The free trial period is not so free, you can become am member, to fully enjoy you must use your credit card.

Terrible – I tried this site after moving to Sydney and it didn't help me to meet a single person. The website is over complicated and difficult to search. can be done on the site without paying. Depends too much on referring others, which makes no sense considering this is a site for people that want to meet new people, not who have an abundance of friends already.

Excellent – Getalife is a breath of fresh air. It has very useful tools to find activities you like, and to meet new people. Fantastic site - with such a wide range of activities. I have been on 4 events so far, and loved it. Nothing really. The pages are sometimes a bit slow to load, but that may be my bad connection ;-)
