Goodyear GT2

Excellent – I purchased the GT2 tires for my V8 Toyota Landcruiser. The size was 305/50 series on a 20" x 9.5" rim. There were two things I was worried about when purchasing. 1. Tire life 2. Noise of tire I am happy to report that the tires were surprisingly quiet and that with still 3mm of tread left I had done 80,000km. This is exceptional on a relatively soft tire and on a tread pattern which is quite chunky. They did most of these km's on the road on a 2.5 tonne vehicle with very even wear. Unfortunately now I have to save up for my next set as they are not cheap getting them to Australia !!!

My decision to purchase the tires was based on aethetics and sizing and probably a week of research on the internet and visiting various local tire stores. In summary the tires have performed well beyond my expectation and I have no hesitancy in strongly recommending them. Great aggressive look. Excellent life ( 80,000km's )Great grip in dry, wet and on beach sand. Low noise.
